In order to promote the further development of football in Haidian District and strengthen the construction of football referees, with the approval of Beijing Football Association, Haidian Football Association is scheduled to undertake two national three-level football referee training courses in April and May of 201June respectively. Those who pass the training and examination can obtain the national third-class referee certificate of football, and can participate in the law enforcement work of district-level competitions as registered referees in Haidian District. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Requirements for training participants

At least 18 years old, healthy, passionate about football, conscientious and responsible in work, and decent in thinking style;

Professional or amateur football training experience, or engaged in basic football teaching in primary and secondary schools in our district is preferred.

2. Lecturers are selected by Beijing Football Association.

Third, the training time and place

(1) First training

Teaching time: April 9th, 20 16, 10, 16, 17 (Saturday and Sunday).

Venue: Multimedia Classroom, Department of Physical Education, Beijing Forestry University (No.35 Tsinghua East Road, Haidian District)

(2) Second training

Teaching time: 20 16 may 14, 15, 2 1 22 (Saturday and Sunday).

Fourth, training costs.

The training fee is 500 yuan (including training fee, data fee and certificate making fee), and the accommodation fee is self-care.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) training content:

(1) Professional ethics education for referees;

(2) Relevant knowledge of competition rules and adjudication law;

(three) the referee whistle, flag, running training;

(5) Introduction of basic football techniques, referee's tactical training and physical training.

Six, the assessment content:

(1) theoretical test of football rules;

(2) Physical fitness test.

Seven. Registration process and requirements

(1) Fill in the form.

Applicants should go to the "Notice" section of the website of Haidian District Sports Bureau to download the "Notice on Holding the 20 16 National Football Referee Training Class (Haidian Class)", then fill in the "Football Referee Training Registration Form" as required (see annex, page * * *) and send it to Haidian Football Association's mailbox hdzqxh@ 163.com from now on.

(2) student primary election.

After preliminary screening according to the registration information of the students, the staff will contact the applicants to determine whether they can attend the training on time. There are 30 people in each training class, and they will be automatically postponed to the next training class after the quota expires.

(3) Admission and announcement.

After the list is confirmed, the admission notices will be issued in official website and Beijing Football Association, and the trainees will prepare training courses according to the requirements of the admission notice.

(4) Other requirements.

Students can only participate in the training if they are in good health and have no injuries. On the first day of training, be present 30 minutes in advance, and prepare 500 yuan training fee and 1 one inch bareheaded photo with white background (write your name clearly with a ballpoint pen at the back of the photo).
