When signing up for entrepreneurship training or employment skills training, you must hold your ID card, the original and photocopy of the Employment Unemployment Registration Certificate, four one-inch photos and the following relevant supporting materials (original and photocopy):

(1) Self-employed: industrial and commercial business license

(2) Migrant workers: registered permanent residence

(3) Unemployed college graduates: college diploma.

(4) Fresh high school graduates who have not continued their studies in urban and rural areas: junior (senior) middle school graduation certificate.

(5) Demobilized veterans: officers' demobilization certificates and discharge certificates.

(6) Disabled person: Disabled person's card
