5. Regularly arrange personnel to collect training materials and consult relevant books, organize the compilation of training materials, put forward training theme ideas, track the training progress and review the trainer's teaching content and assessment issues.

6. Assist the training manager to be responsible for the contact and management of overseas training activities of the hotel, and uniformly manage the overseas study of hotel employees.

7. Arrange the maintenance, repair and purchase of hotel teaching equipment, and purchase relevant teaching materials and materials in a planned way. Do the daily work in the office, and be responsible for arranging personnel to clean and tidy the training room. Responsible for sorting out and keeping training reference materials, and maintaining training teaching equipment and equipment.

8. Regularly report the training situation to the training manager in written form, reflect the training effect and put forward training suggestions.
