The process and implementation of peer crisis intervention in peer psychology
Higher vocational students are in adolescence, and their psychological development tends to be mature but not really mature. The pace of life in modern society is fast, but the self-regulation ability of higher vocational students is poor. Some students often feel helpless, confused, disappointed in themselves and insecure. When they face pressure from society, school, family, work and other aspects, and these pressures exceed the limits they can bear, psychological crisis will occur. The start of peer crisis intervention mechanism means the beginning of the most basic psychological crisis intervention. The process of peer crisis intervention can be divided into four stages: peer counselors can effectively participate in the early warning of psychological crisis intervention. Peer counselors should publicize the ways of popularizing mental health knowledge and psychological assistance to students around them at ordinary times, and also observe and reflect the psychological dynamics of students around them in time. Teachers can't take care of every student all the time. Starting peer crisis intervention can just make up for this deficiency and really play a role in prevention and supervision. Peer counselors need to regularly collect psychological problems that students around them are concerned about or encounter, and feedback them to mental health education institutions in written form. This can enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of school psychological crisis intervention, ensure the high-quality resources of school mental health education institutions to pay maximum attention to the universal psychological problems that students urgently need to solve or trouble, and solve some possible problems in the bud. This is the key to prevent the psychological crisis of higher vocational students.

Once peer counselors find that some students are in a state of psychological crisis stress or obvious psychological abnormality, they must report the situation to the class teacher (counselor) or mental health education institution at the first time, and assist the school to take measures to minimize the physical and mental danger of the parties to themselves and others. At the same time, peer counselors should collect information about the clients' environment, understand their real psychological state and problems, preliminarily judge the nature and severity of the problems, and determine the solutions. When the relevant teachers are not on the scene, peer counselors should always pay attention to the telephone report and play the role of information liaison. In the event of psychological crisis, the primary purpose of peer counselors is to ensure the safety of the parties involved in psychological crisis, and at the same time, we should pay attention to the safety of the crisis interveners themselves, such as preventing the parties from being alone and removing dangerous goods that may lead to their suicide. Peer counselors can temporarily set up a monitoring group to supervise and psychologically guide the crisis parties.

Peer counselors should first establish contact and initial trust with the parties to the crisis. Because vocational college students in adolescence are more eager to open their hearts to their peers and pour out their troubles. Peer counselors can use verbal and behavioral support, rational analysis and sincere comfort to stabilize the mood of the clients. Comfort, encouragement, persuasion and support from peers are very important for students with difficulties.

Secondly, we should help the parties to release their emotions properly and restore their psychological peace through appropriate opportunities of comfort and venting. Listening carefully by peer counselors is helpful for students in distress to recover their thinking and judgment and relieve their excessive emotions. The purpose of communication is to let the seeker know and believe that "there are people here who really care about me".

Third, if possible, provide information about the incident to the parties. People in crisis need to know the truth. Many people may not know the truth and exaggerate the crisis. Peer counselors must adopt appropriate ways and means to convey warmth and strength, and properly help the parties to discover the truth and face the reality; At the same time, some countermeasures are provided for the parties to choose, so as to improve their ability to cope with setbacks and flexibility in solving problems. After the acute crisis of the parties has passed, the school needs to pay attention and further help. For some students with serious psychological problems, it is necessary to do a good job of follow-up and help them recover their psychological function and establish a good emotional support system. At this time, the school should make full use of the strength of peer counselors. Peer counselors' study and life are all with classmates, so they can clearly understand the psychological dynamics of classmates and find out the relevant situation in time. Peer counselors can give students with psychological barriers a lot of help and support, such as encouraging the parties to actively participate in some feasible and beneficial activities to improve the status quo, avoid bad coping styles and rebuild the order of study and life. If a crisis occurs due to some uncontrollable factors, peer counselors need to cooperate with relevant personnel to do a good job in psychological repair of students, so as to provide reference experience for future crisis intervention.
