When I entered Jing Jun Kindergarten, I was deeply attracted by the culture of Jing Jun Kindergarten. The overall environment of the kindergarten, the exhibition of works in the corridor, the outdoor activities materials everywhere, etc., all feel the rich wall culture. The small environment, regional materials, plantations, parents' gardens and children's works in the class all have their own characteristics. Teachers make full use of every corner of the activity room and arrange it reasonably to make the activity room warm and comfortable.
In this study, I followed the middle class. From the beginning, when children came to the garden, they were very polite and active. In the game, the teacher pays attention to the development and participation of each child, and the children play relaxed and happy games under the guidance of the teacher. When doing morning exercises, the music begins, the children find their place in an orderly way, listen to the teacher's instructions and actions, and follow the teacher and companions to do morning exercises in an orderly way with the rhythm of music. The dynamic music, plus children's active participation and team spirit, after an hour of morning activities, every part of each child's body has been developed and exercised.
The two teachers are amiable and get along with the children like friends. In class, they keep nodding and touching their children to express their encouragement and interest in talking with them, which fully embodies the idea of adopting different education and teaching methods according to the different characteristics of children. Pay attention to creating an independent and relaxed learning environment for children, give full play to the guiding role and interact with children wonderfully. Pay attention to children's free exploration and let them learn to learn and explore by themselves. At the same time, they can explore the "bright spot" of each child and seize the opportunity to teach.
For the next two days, teachers play games together, just like children's partners. Children can't see chasing and fighting in classrooms and corridors. Children can talk quietly, walk gently and move their chairs consciously without the teacher's reminding. Washing hands, boiling water is very orderly, everything is very orderly. I know that teachers must have made great efforts to cultivate good habits of work and rest. In the research, I also saw that teachers pay special attention to infiltrating good work and rest habits into children's daily life and study. For example, if individual children are found to have minor conflicts, the teacher will adjust them in time, and use this as an educational content to guide all children to discuss and let them know what to do and what not to do. Moreover, the teacher can keep a childlike innocence, always stand in the child's position, guide the child to think from the child's point of view, and let the child understand what is right, instead of being forcibly suppressed as a teacher and forcing the child to obey.
In teaching activities, teachers are good at driving children with their own emotions and always smile. At ordinary times, teachers are also harmonious and United, tacit understanding and mutual assistance. Their enthusiasm for work and the warm and friendly atmosphere among colleagues not only infected young children, but also deeply touched me, making people feel that working in such an environment is a very happy thing, and also taught me how to cooperate with others and make myself and others happy.
Through this follow-up study, in the future work, I will create a relaxed, harmonious and democratic learning environment for children with greater enthusiasm, draw lessons from learning experience, and use my wisdom and sweat to create a beautiful living space for children's young hearts with flying, individuality and ability development. I will continue to innovate, surpass myself and succeed!
In a word, this practical study in regular class makes us realize the importance and urgency of learning more deeply. Finally, I would like to thank the kindergarten leaders and teachers for giving us a stage to hone and grow, so that I can better apply what I have learned and improve myself in the future teaching work. In my future work, I will apply what I have learned, innovate constantly, and actively explore ways and means suitable for me to create a warm and happy living and learning environment for children.
