The "265 rural backbone teacher training project" mainly solves the urgent problems in reality and improves the quality level of rural teachers. 200 municipal backbone teachers, 600 district backbone teachers and 5,000 municipal backbone teachers will be trained in two batches for 12 rural districts and counties through expert lectures and counterpart assistance, so as to solve the structural problems of urban and rural education, strive to promote the balanced development of urban and rural basic education and accelerate the integration of urban and rural education.
It is reported that the municipal finance has invested 20 million yuan for each of the two projects.
At present, the first phase students of the two projects have been selected, and 50 1 student will start the centralized closed training for 2 1 day.
