Second, the classroom teaching ability has been effectively exercised.

During my on-the-job study, I listened to the lessons of eight outstanding teachers, namely Wen Jianhua, a special teacher in No.5 Middle School, and Xu Ping, a teacher in No.3 Middle School. There are composition classes, special reading classes, problem-oriented theme classes and so on, which are rich in content and diverse in forms. The teacher's class in No.5 Middle School is splendid. Every time I finish a class, I make detailed comments and notes. Teacher Tang gave us an analysis of class types and guided teaching methods, which broadened our vision of analyzing the classroom and improved our level of examining the classroom. Our team members also exchange studies every day, organize lectures, and take out lesson plans to comment on each other. Through this series of planned, purposeful and targeted guidance and training, I have greatly exercised my ability to handle teaching materials and standardize classroom teaching.

Third, the level and ability of teaching management have been effectively improved.

During the on-the-job study, I not only pay attention to improving my education and teaching ability, but also humbly learn the management methods of education and teaching from Mr. Zhu and the leaders of his school. I asked how to manage the routine teaching work and how to organize teachers to carry out educational and scientific research activities. At the same time, I exchanged views on how to improve the enthusiasm of teachers ... Through these activities, my management of teaching work and the management ability of teachers have been effectively improved.

Fourth, I met a famous teacher and made friends.

In the process of studying with the post, I am most fortunate to get the guidance of President Qiu and Teacher Tang, as well as many teachers in No.5 Middle School. They are knowledgeable and competent, and they are my role models for lifelong learning! Our five players became close comrades-in-arms, studied together, grew up together, and forged a profound friendship. Training is short-lived, and the harvest is rich. Training has given me a brand-new experience and harvest, and I sincerely hope that there will be more opportunities for us to learn and progress, so that we can grow healthily and vigorously!
