According to the spirit of DocumentNo. [20 1 1]237 of the Provincial Tourism Administration, the relevant matters of the 201KLOC-0/Tour Guide Qualification Examination are hereby notified as follows:
I. Application conditions
1. Citizens of this city or other provinces and cities who are healthy, have strong language skills, have a high school education or above, have not received criminal punishment (except negligent crimes), have full capacity for civil conduct, can meet the needs of tour guides, and hold temporary residence permits issued by local public security organs can apply for the exam.
2. According to the relevant provisions of DocumentNo. [2008] 174 of the National Tourism Administration, China citizens who are permanent residents of Hongkong and Macao who work, study or live in Jiangsu can register for the qualification examination of tour guides in Jiangsu Province. Please refer to the annex for registration conditions and requirements.
Second, the registration procedure
Registration is carried out by combining online registration and on-site registration qualification confirmation. Enter the online registration entrance of Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Bureau
1. Online registration: After the audit by our bureau, cities, district tourism bureaus, tourism higher vocational colleges and other units can open the "collective registration entrance for candidates" in the "online application system for tour guide qualification examination" of Jiangsu Tourism Government website, and organize employees or students of their own units to register collectively online. In addition to the above-mentioned units, social workers can directly enter the "Individual Candidate Entrance" in the "Online Registration System for Tour Guide Qualification Examination" for online registration.
2. On-site registration qualification confirmation: After online registration is completed, individual candidates and collective units applying for registration need to go to the designated place of our bureau for registration qualification confirmation within the specified time and go through the payment procedures. When the registration qualification is confirmed, it is necessary to provide the information confirmation form downloaded online, the original and photocopy of the academic certificate and ID card, and the original and photocopy of the relevant materials of the candidates who meet the conditions for extra points. The application materials of China citizens who are permanent residents of Hong Kong and Macao who work, study or live in Jiangsu shall be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office of the Provincial Bureau after preliminary examination by the municipalities, and their application qualifications shall be confirmed after examination.
3. Candidates who have obtained the tour guide qualification certificate and apply for additional testing in other languages are required to submit the original and photocopy of the tour guide qualification certificate within the validity period (the issuing date is after February 28, 2009) and apply for the "on-site tour guide" test in the additional testing language.
4. Those who are transferred to our city to engage in tour guide work with tour guide qualification certificates from other provinces and cities need to go through the formalities of "replacement in different places", and sign up for the "on-site tour guide" exam with the original and photocopy of the tour guide qualification certificate (issued after February 28, 2009), and those who pass the exam will go through the formalities of tour guide IC card.
5. Candidates who have been awarded the tour guide qualification certificate before February 28, 2009 must submit the tour guide IC card in addition to reviewing the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate; The issuance date of the qualification certificate is before February 28, 2009. Those who have not applied for the IC card of the tour guide shall not take part in the additional test and make-up test in different places. After passing the examination, the additional candidates need to withdraw the original "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate" and turn it over to the provincial bureau for replacement procedures. Students majoring in tour guides in tourism vocational high schools and tourism technical secondary schools must be fresh graduates to be eligible to take the exam.
6. The registration point of Suzhou Tourism Bureau is located in the City Tourism Education and Training Center. Venue: Building 2, Municipal Tourism Bureau, No.345 Shiquan Street. Third, pre-test training
In order to enhance the practical application ability of candidates and improve their professional quality and business skills, they signed up for pre-test training on a voluntary basis. In order to ensure the quality of training, candidates should choose recommended units from provinces and cities for training. The pre-test training for candidates in Suzhou urban area is implemented by Suzhou Tourism Education and Training Center (address: Nanshipilong, Shiquan Street, tel: 6529 1674, 65294709), and the pre-test remedial classes have started rolling. The pre-test training for urban candidates shall be organized and implemented by the municipal and district tourism bureaus.
Fourth, the examination arrangement
(1) Written examination
1. The scope of the proposition is subject to the Outline of Qualification Examination for Tour Guides in Jiangsu Province printed by Jiangsu Provincial Tourism Bureau.
2.*** Test 3 subjects, knowledge of tour guide laws and regulations, tour guide service skills and basic knowledge of tour guides, with a full score of 100 for each subject. Among them, Jiangsu tour guide basic knowledge accounts for 40% of the tour guide basic knowledge subjects.
3. The above three subjects are published in Chinese, and the examination papers are uniformly printed by the Provincial Tourism Bureau. Standardized examinations are adopted in all three subjects, and the test questions are separated from the answer sheet and graded by the computer.

(2) On-site review
1. The on-site examination is organized and implemented by our bureau, and the provincial bureau is responsible for supervising the examination. The evaluation team consists of 2 ~ 3 judges. On-the-spot investigation includes city overview, scenic spot explanation, guide specification, adaptability, 5A scenic spot knowledge and comprehensive knowledge question and answer. The examination focuses on the following aspects: first, language and behavior; Second, the ability to organize, coordinate and adapt; The third is the level of interpretation; The fourth is the understanding of cultural and socio-economic development.
2. The on-site examination takes the form of indoor simulation. Candidates from all cities and districts will take the exam in Suzhou. See the admission ticket for the time and place of the on-site examination.
3. See Annex 4 for the contents and procedures of on-site inspection. The topic of the on-site examination mainly involves the contents in the "Guide on-site Examination Manual of Jiangsu Province". Candidates are invited to read the Explanation on the Procedures and Contents of 20 1 1 (Chinese and Foreign Languages) Tour Guides (Annex 4).
Foreign language candidates must take the language test and increase the reading and retelling of intermediate foreign language essays related to tourism.
The on-site examination time for Chinese candidates shall not be less than 15 minutes, and that for foreign language candidates shall not be less than 25 minutes (see Annex 5 for specific grading criteria).
4. On-the-spot examination scoring project consists of three parts: language and etiquette, tour guide explanation and comprehensive ability, and foreign language candidates also need to examine the corresponding foreign language level. If the candidate's "Language and Etiquette" score is 10 or below, regardless of the other two scores, it will always be rated as unqualified.
(III) Printing time of the admission ticket: Candidates can print the admission ticket on 20 1 1 year 1 1 month 7, and log in to the "Online Reporting System for Tour Guide Qualification Examination" on the website of Jiangsu Tourism Bureau.
(4) Qualification criteria The minimum total score line is determined according to the examination situation, and the interview score reaches 60 points or more. Those whose test scores meet the requirements shall be deemed to have passed the examination. The scores of candidates who failed the exam will not be retained and will not be retaken.
In order to further strengthen the construction of foreign language tour guides, establish a tour guide team with complete languages and reasonable structure, and continuously explore the international tourism market, the 20 1 1 tour guide examination will give appropriate extra points to applicants for foreign languages other than English and Japanese who meet the following conditions and pass the written test. The specific bonus standard is:
(1) Koreans apply for Korean tour guides, and the written test 10 score;
(2) Those with a bachelor's degree or above majoring in small languages will apply for the language they have learned, and the total written test score will be 10;
(3) For those with professional titles such as applied language translation, the total score of written test is 20 points.
Candidates who meet the above bonus points can only get one bonus point, and may not accumulate bonus points.

20 1 1 Jiangsu tour guide basic knowledge revision, according to the provisions of the National Tourism Administration, the content of tour guide knowledge has been adjusted. Candidates are requested to purchase new printed textbooks on May 20th11. The Basic Knowledge of Tour Guides was revised last year and has not been adjusted this year. Candidates are requested to purchase textbooks printed on or after 20 10. Tour Guide Service Skills has not been adjusted this year. Candidates are required to purchase printed textbooks after April 2009.

Sixth, the examination fee.
