Secretary (Grade II), Marketing Department (Grade I and II), Psychological Counselor (Grade II and III), Human Resource Manager (Grade I, II and III), Logistics Department (Grade I, II and III), Financial Planner (Grade I, II and III) and project management division (Grade I, II and III).

According to the Implementation Measures of Nanjing Municipality for the Settlement of Talents (Provisional)

(a) personnel with intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications;

(2) Persons with three or more national vocational qualifications (skills).

After 2002 1110/month1,the skilled talents who have obtained the national vocational qualification certificates will be recognized by the government by issuing nine kinds of vocational qualification certificates for firefighters, emergency rescue personnel, rail train drivers, security guards, operators of fire control facilities and social sports instructors.

Required materials

For technical personnel, persons with intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications who apply for household registration shall submit the following materials to the public security organ:

(1) application for entering the house;

(2) Household registration book and identity card;

(3) professional and technical qualification certificate.

Those who have obtained professional and technical qualifications through evaluation shall also submit a declaration form or a title approval letter at the time of evaluation.
