Duration/length of employment

Have been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously, or have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager of enterprise level 4, or have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of human resource manager of enterprise level 4, or have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining college education, or have been engaged in this occupation for more than 0/year after obtaining college education.

Educational requirements

After obtaining a bachelor's degree certificate, he has been trained by the human resources manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained a certificate of completion, or has a master's degree or above.
