Interpretation of balanced scorecard terms
Balanced scorecard (balanced? Scorecard is a common enterprise performance management tool, which is used to evaluate and monitor all aspects of enterprise performance. In the balanced scorecard, each indicator will be given a corresponding score or weight to reflect its importance in the overall performance. In the evaluation results, the ranking of indicators is also very important, which shows the performance of enterprises in all aspects, and then helps to formulate corresponding improvement measures.

In the balanced scorecard, there are usually two ways to explain the ranking of indicators:

Percentage explanation of ranking

The explanation of ranking percentage refers to converting the ranking of an indicator in the whole evaluation data into a percentage to reflect the relative performance of the enterprise on the indicator. For example, if an enterprise ranks 10 on an indicator and 100 companies participate in the evaluation, the ranking percentage of the enterprise on this indicator is10/0 =10%.

Interpretation of music score

Score interpretation refers to converting the score of an indicator into a specific score to reflect the performance of the enterprise on the indicator. For example, if an enterprise scores 90 points on an indicator, and the full mark of the indicator is 100, then the interpretation of the enterprise's score on the indicator is 90/ 100=0.9.

In practical application, these two explanations are usually used at the same time to evaluate the performance of enterprises more comprehensively.
