2021.12.15 at 7: 30 in the evening, we met again in the live broadcast room of Tencent conference with great expectation and listened attentively to Professor Cai Hongbing's lecture on how to help students strengthen their self-control and internal drive. Every time I listen to Teacher Cai's lecture, I get new inspiration and new gains. I really can't get enough of it.

In this training, I am very lucky to lead our children to participate in this activity for the second time. The first opportunity to lead students to participate in the training was left to us by Teacher Cai. After the training, the children were very happy and benefited a lot. They see their hidden advantages, find their confidence again, become sunny, optimistic and positive, and do things more actively, positively and resolutely than before. Our children can get the right to participate in the second activity, which is a blessing and very touching.

? First, after this activity, I made a small recovery and had a clear direction for the future action plan:

(1) was moved and inspired by three points:

? 1. Help students discover my top ten advantages. It is novel and interesting for students who have not been exposed to the field of knowing and doing coaching. But what most children find is exactly what I like to do. Under the guidance of Professor Cai's patience and professionalism, the more children talk about their advantages, the higher their excitement and the happier their hearts. Isn't this to help children build their self-confidence? Isn't this to help children see themselves clearly? With the layer-by-layer analysis of the dialogue, help children set goals and be clear: where am I? where am I going? How to get there? Children's sense of direction to achieve their goals is becoming clearer and clearer, and their methods are varied, and they are predictive of the difficulties they encounter, which enhances their determination to overcome obstacles. Self-confidence is the key factor of a person's success. Teacher Cai creates a positive conversation atmosphere and gives positive feedback by asking questions, and becomes a positive energy power station for children. In the process of self-analysis, gradually help children build self-confidence and improve the internal drive of doing things.

2. Teach students to grow up. Let children look at problems from a developmental perspective, treat and solve problems with a positive attitude, and not be imprisoned by problems. When encountering problems, we should analyze and infer from multiple angles, directions and dimensions, look at the positive side of the problem positively, and not be troubled by negative emotions. Not yet. If this question is wrong, it should be changed to this question. This question is not done correctly. Another example: Son, why didn't you do well in this math exam? Changed to: Son, you did well in English and Chinese. Keep trying. Infect children with positive energy, increase the internal driving force of children to do things under positive hints, and let children move forward under the encouragement of positive energy.

3. The influence of parents on children. Tell your own inspirational story and your attitude in the face of difficulties and setbacks. Parents are children's role models, and they are also the objects that children imitate. Children's subtle role in doing things can not be ignored. Therefore, parents' experiences and attitudes in the face of difficulties and setbacks are very important for children, which can guide them positively and give them a sense of strength. It is the key to success for children to understand what to do when they encounter problems in their parents' stories, to have a positive attitude when they encounter problems, and to handle emotions correctly.

(2) Actions to be taken at each point:

1. Talk with a student every two weeks. Each student should speak for at least 30 minutes, and each student should speak more than three times. Students who are in contact with knowing and doing coaches for the first time, let them see their top ten advantages, set small goals and think deeply about how to achieve them. The second time I contacted the children of the knowing and doing coach, I asked about the satisfaction of achieving the goal, and analyzed how to overcome obstacles and strengthen my own advantages again.

2. See more children's Excellence in life or work, find more advantages of others, and ignore each other's shortcomings. For example, in this assignment, the children's writing skills are strong, and the first part of the article echoes each other well, which should be encouraged and affirmed. However, if the children's fonts are not beautiful, they should also give positive feedback: Children, the fonts in this assignment are not up to your level, and the teacher expects your progress. Come on!

? Both parents and teachers should talk to their children more and tell more stories that they are not as good as their children. For example: for children with inferiority complex. We can let the children know that I was not as sunny as you are now, but after I gained self-awareness, I actively sought opportunities to participate in various activities. In the process of participation, I gradually established my self-confidence and formed my initiative to do things. In the process of participation, the scope of activities will gradually expand, and a positive energy field will be formed unconsciously.

In this story, children understand how we overcome difficulties step by step, how we work hard, and build up self-confidence bit by bit. Let them know that they are not as good as their elders before, and they can successfully overcome obstacles, give children positive feedback, and increase their self-confidence and enthusiasm for doing things.

(3) the positive influence and feedback of each point after taking action.

? Children constantly increase their initiative and enthusiasm in doing things in the gradually formed self-confidence field. Inspired by the positive energy field, children form an inherent need to take the initiative to do things, and see and strengthen their own advantages in the process of a little progress. In the process of trying to do things, I will constantly increase my internal drive, and finally achieve my designed goals, strengthen my self-confidence again, and devote myself to the next small goal with increasing self-confidence.

As parents or teachers, we should not criticize, reprimand or urge children to form a lasting internal driving force for doing things, so that children can grow up healthily in the positive energy field and form an optimistic, confident, open-minded and sunny personality.
