Provisions: On the basis that two sponsor representatives can be in charge of both the main board (including the SME board) and a company under review on the Growth Enterprise Market, they can be adjusted to be in charge of both companies under review. However, the following two types of sponsor representatives are excluded: ① sponsors who have violated the rules in the last three years, including sponsors who have been supervised by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, publicly condemned by the stock exchange or disciplined by the China Securities Association; (2) In the last three years, he has not served as the signature sponsor representative of the completed initial public offering and refinancing project.
