What is on-the-job training or what should be done?
On-the-job training should be conducted before or within one year after the recruitment of civil servants. Civil servants engaged in special work should receive special business training; On-the-job training should be provided to all civil servants to improve their political quality and working ability and update their knowledge, among which professional and technical civil servants should be trained. In the organization and implementation, we should pay attention to the different functional orientation of the four types of training.

The organ shall conduct initial training for newly hired personnel during the probation period; Civil servants who are promoted to leadership positions shall receive on-the-job training before or within one year after taking office; Civil servants engaged in special work should receive special business training;
