4. Two protective railings should be set at the outside and top of the hanging basket, with the height of the railings not less than1.5m. The outside of the railings should be covered with safety nets, and both ends of the cantilever beam are connected into a whole with longitudinal horizontal rods.

5. After the hanging basket is lifted to the specified position, it must be firmly tied with the building, and a channel is set for the hanging basket.

6, hanging basket and cantilever beam must be connected with a wire rope with a diameter of not less than 10mm, and the cantilever beam shall be wound for not less than three times, and must be fixed with more than three clips.

7. Two safety ropes must be prepared for each hanging basket, and the safety ropes should be firmly fixed with the hanging basket after each lifting.

Safety control of hanging basket construction;

After the safety of the hanging basket is completed, the installation unit shall, after the self-inspection meets the requirements, send a notice to the relevant departments of the enterprise, that is, the equipment management and safety supervision department and the user unit, and organize joint acceptance. Strictly control the acceptance, and do not miss any defects in relevant technical specifications and requirements. At the time of acceptance, first check the construction scheme, technical safety disclosure, installation of construction diary and other software; On-site inspection and trial operation are also required, and the items to be controlled during acceptance are:

(1) Steel wire rope: including lifting rope and safety rope, which shall comply with relevant provisions of GB5972-86; No damage (messy wire, burr, broken wire, indentation, bent wire, looseness or bulging, etc.). ) and corrosion; Because the lifting of the hanging basket runs along the lifting rope and the safety rope, the wire rope should not be stained with grease, mortar or dirt.

(4) Lifting device: The lifting device is reliably connected with the cantilever beam of the suspension mechanism, and the climbing mechanism operates normally without abnormal sound.

(5) Electrical system: all operating buttons and emergency stop switches are sensitive and reliable, and the overweight limit and the superelevation limit are sensitive and reliable; There is a grounding wire in the power cable, which is reliably connected with the metal structure of the hanging basket main body. The grounding resistance of the hanging basket should be less than or equal to 4Ω.

(6) Running test: The suspended platform runs up and down for 3-4 times within 3m from the ground, the roller attached to the wall should run freely, and the climbing mechanism should run normally. When the load test exceeds the rated load, the power supply should be cut off; Finally, the suspended platform runs to the highest place on the wall, and the power supply should be cut off when it reaches the ultra-high limit.

Non-conformities found in the acceptance process should be carefully rectified until the used items meet the requirements.

III. Safe operation and use

Hanging basket operators must have an understanding of the structure and performance of the hanging basket; Master the essentials of hanging basket operation before taking up the post. When using the hanging basket, it must also be equipped with a protective rope (one for each person), and the suspension of the protective rope must be separated from the lifting rope and the safety rope. When working in the hanging basket, an installation and maintenance personnel shall be determined to supervise. To operate in strict accordance with the operating rules of hanging basket safety technology, it is necessary to:

(1) Check before operation every day, including: a. Check whether the bolts of each node of the hanging basket platform and suspension mechanism are intact and fastened; B, check whether the roof suspension mechanism and counterweight are normal. Tilting, shifting and falling; C, check whether the safety lock is reliable; D, check the climbing rope and safety rope, shall not be stained with grease, mortar or mud and other sundry and abnormal situation; E, check the rope, whether there is damage. If it is damaged, it must be replaced immediately. If it is improperly hung, it should be replaced immediately.

(2) It is forbidden for hanging basket operators to work after drinking; All personnel operating in the hanging basket must wear safety belts, which are hung on the lock of the protective rope, and the lock is sleeved on the protective rope and goes up and down with the protective rope.

(3) When the hanging basket climbs and descends, pay close attention to the wall surface and mechanical operation. If there is any abnormality, stop it immediately; After the abnormal situation is eliminated, the machine can be restarted; Before the hanging basket reaches the working position and starts the wall operation, the lifting should be stopped and the power supply should be turned off to prevent the mechanism from misoperation and accidents.

(4) During welding operation in the hanging basket, insulation protection should be done, and it is forbidden to put the grounding wire on the hanging rope or safety rope.

(5) Remove obstacles on the wall, such as short steel bars protruding from the wall, which should be cleaned before the hanging basket goes up for the first time; To install objects on the wall, please finish before the last descent.

(6) Stop working in freezing weather after encountering strong winds and rain and snow above level 5.
