On the afternoon of June165438+1October 2 1, the expert group of "National Training Program (20 19)" of Henan Provincial Department of Education came to our county to guide the implementation of the national training program in 20 19, and held a group seminar. The members of the supervision team include the Chairman of the Military Association of the College of Continuing Education of Henan Normal University, Wang Yuliang and Wang Yanyan, national training experts of Henan Normal University, Zhang Hong, president of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan District Continuing Education School, and Yu Kun, head of the Teacher Training Unit of the Education Bureau, and so on.

The leading expert group had a detailed discussion and exchange with the training team, workshop leaders and students on the workshop mixed training project, so as to get the most authentic feedback on the project implementation and consult the process information of the project implementation in detail.

Finally, she said that this national training activity integrates the training of teacher seminars with school-based teaching and research, promotes the training development of teacher seminars with the development of school-based training, and ensures that the training activities are grounded and effective.

It also investigated the development of teacher workshops in six counties, which were divided into disciplines, levels and categories. Young and middle-aged teachers, backbone teachers and new teachers all participated in the study, with a participation rate of 100%, a learning rate of 100% and a satisfaction rate of 96%.
