Eighteenth project provinces should establish and improve the project supervision and performance appraisal system, establish a strict attendance system, sign-in registration system and student files. Students' attendance sheets, sign-in registration forms and other relevant training documents shall be kept for at least three years for verification.

Nineteenth project provinces should carry out theoretical examination or skill operation assessment for students according to the training requirements. The assessment result is an important basis for evaluating the training quality.

To train qualified health technicians in township hospitals, all localities will issue training certificates as an important basis for post appointment, annual assessment and promotion of professional titles.

Twenty-first provincial health administrative department of the project is responsible for organizing the supervision and inspection of the project work. The Ministry of Health will supervise and inspect the training work in the project province through spot checks.

Twenty-second units and individuals that violate the relevant provisions of the management of special funds shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions.
