Investigate the ownership of real estate in the integration of real estate and real estate. Wu Yingbin, chief engineer of the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources, Xie, deputy director of the Municipal Real Estate Registration Center, and Xie Xiaoming, deputy director, formed a supervision team to hold a survey and supervision meeting on rural real estate ownership in six towns and streets, including Dongcheng, Wangniudun, Humen, Liaobu, Xiegang and Qiaotou. Relevant leaders and managers of natural resources departments, real estate registration exchanges and ownership investigation units of various towns and streets attended the meeting. At the meeting, the steering group reported the general situation and main problems of the current investigation and inspection of rural real estate ownership in Dongguan, conveyed the report of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources on the registration and certification of rural real estate in Shanwei and Shaoguan, and listened to the reports of various towns and streets on the work development, existing problems, solutions and work plans, and at the same time answered questions and exchanged work. The meeting emphasized that the registration and certification of rural real estate with the integration of real estate and premises is a political task of great concern to the state, provinces and cities, and has been included in administrative assessment at all levels. For areas that are ineffective and slow down the whole province, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources will take severe measures such as the informed criticism of the whole province and the suspension of land use approval. Next, the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources will inform and interview the leading departments of backward towns and streets, and put forward four work requirements: First, we must compact our work responsibilities. Leading departments and operating units of towns and streets should earnestly shoulder the main responsibility of work tasks and project management and do a good job in implementation. Second, we must strengthen quality progress control. Towns and streets should strictly follow the requirements of provincial and municipal technical plans, supervise and inspect the operating units, and carry out various specific work such as field investigation, indoor processing, data collection and collation, results confirmation and quality inspection. Third, we must conscientiously implement rectification. All towns and streets need to supervise the operating units, formulate feasible rectification plans for the problems existing in bidding, and take effective measures to ensure that comprehensive and thorough rectification is in place. Fourth, we should guard against the risk of clean government audit. It is necessary to strictly follow the contents agreed in the project contract, check the current work situation of the operating unit, and make timely rectification. Before the work results are accepted by the ministries and agencies, we should fully consider the possibility of follow-up work rectification and strictly control the project expenditure.
