The elements of operating a fruit shop are as follows:
(1) execution is more than creation, but it has to face various changing environments, people and things. If you love this job, you will devote yourself wholeheartedly, so you will always face great psychological and physical pressure, and even give up your family and friends because of your work, thus bearing the pressure from them. It can be seen that this is a "no one knows" industry.
(2) Pay and return are often inconsistent. Some shops can make good profits by operating easily, and some shops can't greatly improve their performance no matter how hard you try to operate.
(3) Limited resources and unlimited responsibilities. Because the store manager represents both the company and the employees, and is the first person responsible for the store performance, the store manager takes full responsibility for the store management. However, the resources and authority in their hands are very limited, and the headquarters has a series of controls over the stores.
