The criteria for the identification of class C talents in Xiamen are as follows:

1, a high-level talent recognized by Jiangxi Province, who meets the age conditions corresponding to the standards for the recognition of such talents;

2. Persons with bachelor degree or above in general higher education and under 45 years of age; Persons with college education or above and under the age of 35;

3, with senior professional and technical qualifications, and under the age of 50; Persons under the age of 45 with intermediate professional and technical qualifications. The personnel mentioned in this item must have a technical secondary school education or above. Non-Guangdong professional and technical qualifications (excluding those obtained through the national unified examination) must be audited by the human resources department of this Municipality (District);

4. Persons with senior technician professional qualifications and under the age of 45; Persons with professional qualifications as technicians and under the age of 40; Senior skills and professional qualifications who have participated in social insurance for more than 3 years and are under 35 years old in Shenzhen. The professional qualification certificate of the personnel mentioned in this item shall also conform to the Catalogue of Skilled Talents Shortage in Shenzhen. Non-skill vocational qualification certificates (including national and provincial unified examinations) that take the examination in this Municipality must pass the corresponding comprehensive level test organized by the human resources security department of this Municipality;

5. A person who won the World Skills Competition and the National Class I and Class II Vocational Skills Competition, or won the titles of "China Skills Award", "National Technical Expert", "Guangdong Technical Expert" and "Shenzhen Technical Expert", or was commended by the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The person mentioned in this item must be under 45 years old.
