Shenzhen Pengcheng Technician College is fully invested by Shenzhen Municipal Government and directly under Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. According to the characteristics of Shenzhen's industrial development, the school has five colleges and two departments: Advanced Manufacturing College, Creative Culture Business School, Health Management College, Automotive Technology College, Intelligent Technology College, Ideological and Political Education Department and Public Education Department.

Professional curriculum areas:
In 2009, schools and colleges began to explore the reform of engineering integration. 20 10-20 12 automobile maintenance, automotive sheet metal, painting and building automation equipment installation and maintenance have been included in the first and second batch of experimental units of engineering comprehensive curriculum reform in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security; Since 20 12, the college has implemented integrated curriculum reform in all majors of the school.
