Content of art design and social economy This paper dialectically analyzes the relationship between art design and social economy from two aspects: social development and the development history of art design. The article holds that the development of social economy has created the prosperity of art design, and art design has promoted the development of social economy, thus drawing the conclusion that art design must serve the social economy and integrate into its own development. It is worth mentioning that the paper boldly puts forward the distinct view that "art design is also a productive force". The artistic design referred to in this paper includes decorative design, environmental design, industrial design, clothing design and so on. , refers to both artistic and economical practical art form. As a category of art, art design mainly aims at creating functional beauty, which embodies its artistry. On the other hand, its value can only be realized if it is put into social and economic activities, which fully reflects its economy. The mission of such a practical art form is to improve the quality of human living environment and meet people's growing material and cultural needs. This determines that art design itself has two levels: spiritual and material. Art design is the expression of social consciousness, and social economy is one of the manifestations of social existence. The relationship between art design and social economy is inseparable. The essence of the relationship between art design and social economy is the relationship between spirit and material. In other words, social economy is the foundation, and art design should serve the development of social economy. Social and economic conditions will restrict the development of art design; The development of art and design can promote the social economy, but it can't determine the economic development. 1. The development of social economy has created the prosperity of art and design. From the perspective of historical development, the period of high social and economic development is also a period of artistic and cultural prosperity. Britain, for example, became the birthplace of modern design because of the development of politics, economy and culture during the industrial revolution. In China, from 65438 to 0997, Deng Xiaoping put forward the policy of reform and opening up and began to introduce the market economy. At that time, Guangdong was at the forefront of reform and opening up, and its economy developed rapidly after long-term repression. Due to the sharp increase in social demand for art design, there is a shortage of professionals in advertising design, product design and environmental design. Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts had to adapt to this market demand and change the Department of Arts and Crafts into the Department of Design. Judging from the situation of similar colleges (departments) in China, due to the long-term improvement of the economic situation in recent years, art design has always been a hot major. From the development of art design itself, the origin of modern design has two remarkable characteristics, one is the division of labor, and the other is the improvement of production technology, which makes large-scale production and low consumption possible. Every leap and progress of art design is in the period of highly developed social economy caused by social division of labor. First of all, due to the developed social economy, the increasing social demand and the improvement of human civilization and aesthetic taste, higher requirements are put forward for art design, which provides a solid material foundation. Secondly, the period of highly developed social economy is also a period of great change and liberation of social concepts, which provides a broad space for the application and development of art design. 2. Art design promotes social and economic development. Deng Xiaoping once said, "Science and technology are the primary productive forces". We believe that art design is the product of the combination of art and technology, and it is also a kind of productivity. Like other productive forces, it promotes social and economic development. First of all, the motive force of the development of art design lies in people's unremitting pursuit of beauty. This pursuit is spontaneous and innate. It is this yearning and pursuit of good things that has become a powerful driving force for social and economic development. We say that science and technology are productive forces because it can promote social and economic development. In the history of human design, science and technology are always linked with human life by combining with art. Art design can promote social and economic development, mainly because it meets people's growing material needs and spiritual needs. Secondly, art design not only brings spiritual pleasure and enjoyment, but more importantly, it can change people's lifestyle. Art design is a means to concretize and materialize the expected purpose and idea, and it is also an early process of people's economic construction activities. Its essence is people's artistic conception and planning of the economic construction activities to be carried out. Generally speaking, this idea and planning is progressive, developing and even ahead of schedule. In this sense, it also shows that art design is the driving force to promote social development. The typical case of art design promoting social and economic development is the Bauhaus movement often mentioned in the history of design. It originated in Germany and developed in the United States, which greatly promoted the rapid development of the American economy. 3. Art design must be integrated into social and economic development. Through the above analysis, we can basically make clear the relationship between art design and social and economic development. This is of guiding significance to the development of art design. 1. The relationship between art design and social economy is getting closer and closer. Germany, the United States and other countries have attached great importance to the close combination of design and industry from the beginning, and have been ahead of the world in the rapidly developing electrical industry. From this perspective, it is not too much to say that "art design is also a kind of productivity" and "design is economic benefit". As we all know, our products are exported to foreign countries with "first-class quality", "second-class packaging" and "third-rate price". This is largely related to the fact that domestic enterprises do not attach importance to product modeling design and product packaging design. With the continuous development of social economy, people put forward higher requirements for the quality of life, which in turn requires art design to keep up with the pace of social and economic development and the development of the times. 2. The development direction of art design must conform to the development direction of knowledge economy, which is another revolution after industrial economy. The difference between knowledge economy and industrial economy lies in that knowledge economy advocates knowledge and brainpower, and repetitive work no longer occupies the main position. Knowledge economy provides opportunities and soil for the development of art design. Art design is not a simple reflection of the objective world, it emphasizes creativity and individuality, and has the power to turn decay into magic. Through art design, we can improve the scientific and technological content and artistic content of products, improve the aesthetic added value of products, and thus create more economic benefits. Conforming to the development direction of knowledge economy is the only way for the development of art design. We must consciously and actively grasp the characteristics of knowledge-based economy society, so that design ideas, design concepts, design methods, design means, design communication and other aspects are branded with the information age. Art design must be combined with advanced information technology. The development of art design is not isolated and one-sided. It must constantly absorb the latest achievements of other sciences to develop itself, so as to better serve the society. Each historical period has its own technology of the times. For example, polishing technology in the Stone Age, copper smelting technology and iron and steel smelting technology in the Bronze Age, modern electrical technology, modern electronic technology and biotechnology. Nicholas Schaefer said: "There are too many artistic creations, in other words, the same form has to be repeated endlessly, so the means and forms must be changed at the same time." The rapid development of electronic information technology provides technical guarantee for the change of artistic design means, which will inevitably lead to the change of design ideas and concepts. Only by consciously using modern technology and artistic means to expand the spiritual space in life and culture can we complete the mission entrusted by the times to art design. On the one hand, with the development of economy, the change of people's living requirements and the shift of public aesthetic taste, design must constantly evolve with a new attitude. On the other hand, art design affects people's way of life. Nowadays, with the advent of the information age represented by computer network, social and economic activities gradually turn to information production, information processing, information processing and information dissemination, which provides a broader space for the development of art design. Through analysis, we have made clear the position of art design and its relationship with social economy. The fundamental task of art design is to create a better life. Therefore, art design must be based on life, higher than life, more widely used in all aspects of life, and better serve the social economy.
