"Attitude is everything", a person's ability is important, but having a certain ability is not to meet the needs of enterprises. Only by putting yourself into the work with a correct and positive attitude can you give full play to your role in the enterprise and gain the respect and appreciation of your colleagues and superiors. A person with a correct working attitude can improve his ability through unremitting study even if his ability can't meet the requirements temporarily. What needs to be emphasized here is that the improvement of a person's ability needs a long process and a lot of work experience accumulation. If you want to be promoted by the company and become a winner in a certain industry, you must first become an expert in a certain industry. Only when you know a certain industry clearly and thoroughly can you become an expert. For example, the salary of company A is 1 1,000 yuan, but you haven't been promoted for two years, but company B is willing to give you 1, and 300 yuan's salary allows you to take office. At this time, you worked in company B for two years and still couldn't get a promotion, so you went to company C again. Maybe when you leave a company, your boss should take a look and decide whether to promote you. With a little perseverance and persistence, you will miss the promotion. Here I suggest that you must draw up a plan for yourself, a long-term plan and stay in this enterprise for at least five years. If you still can't be promoted by then, at least you have learned all aspects of this enterprise (industry), that is to say, you have become an expert in this industry, so that you can make full use of what you have learned wherever you go.
On the other hand, learning, a person without learning ability has no competitiveness, and without competitiveness, there is no viability. Only by constantly learning and having a positive attitude can we constantly improve ourselves. At the same time, a positive person can also guide and influence people around him with a good learning attitude and infect everyone around him. Everyone should also learn to discover the advantages of others and learn from them. At the same time, no one is perfect, so we should learn to tolerate the shortcomings of others as a reminder to ourselves. If a person only sees the shortcomings of others, then he lacks an important way to improve himself. If you keep this attitude in your work and life: "Things are OK, I think …, and now your work and life are OK, anyway, your boss doesn't beat westerners, …", then you will never be excellent or successful.
Second, responsible, can't find any excuse to shirk.
Try to improve yourself. Although ability is not the only criterion to determine your salary level, it is an important criterion to determine your salary level. If you want to increase your salary, you must improve your ability. Finding and solving problems is an important way to improve one's ability, instead of kicking problems around like a ball. This is a very irresponsible performance for work and life. Only by being brave in taking responsibility, facing problems and solving problems can we improve our ability in our work. Many people have been complaining that their wages have not been raised and their positions have not been promoted; I do as much work as I earn ... suppose you are the boss now. If you want to promote a person, you must look at his working ability. If you want to give an employee a raise, you must see whether his work performance (work attitude) is good or not. If everyone just wants to finish the work at hand without checking and thinking; Then the enterprise will stop its progress and development. Only when everyone regards his work as his own career, instead of defining himself as a "migrant worker", and always does more than others, can he do his work better and promote the development of enterprises.
Fourth, team spirit-team first.
What exactly is a team? A team is a whole. For a simple example, if you don't do things well yourself, others will definitely say that your XX department didn't do things well. If one person can't finish the task, it will definitely affect the work progress of the whole department. Your department is a whole, and everyone's work will affect the overall performance This is what we call a team. Only when the team develops can you reflect your own value! A person's value is reflected in what you have done and how well you have achieved.
Being an excellent employee is the foundation of success. A few seemingly simple truths are actually the success of an excellent employee. Only by becoming an excellent employee can you become an excellent supervisor, manager and entrepreneur.
