Love your self-righteous enemy! Learning mindfulness therapy to improve immunity
My father threw a small stone into the lake, which caused ripples. He said, "Look, the center is you, 1 circle is me and your mother, your sister-in-law, the second circle is my neighbor's uncle and aunt, and the third circle is something you haven't seen in the horse racing festival, which has been expanding outward. You just have to follow this order, when one day you can fall in love with the person who always plays tricks on you in the Buddhist temple, that's good! 」

How do lovers love? From an early age, my father taught me to love myself first, then my family, relatives, friends, strangers, and finally, the most difficult thing is to love people who you think are "enemies". If you can do the last point, you will find that the so-called "enemy" is simply "Santa Claus" who brings you gifts!

The original intention of "making everyone happy" to become a doctor originated from my father. I am a Tibetan from Shangri-La, Yunnan. I have been a monk in Lhasa for two years, and I have been particularly interested in Tibetan medicine from Buddhism since I was a child. /kloc-at the age of 0/3, he left his hometown surrounded by green hills to study abroad. He studied physics at St. Filomena College, and later went to Freiburg University founded during the Renaissance as an exchange student.

In 2000, Kama came to Taiwan Province Province and realized her childhood dream of becoming a doctor. She was admitted to the Department of Medicine of National Defense Medical College. While learning the knowledge of western medicine, she also continued to learn the concepts of Tibetan medicine and Chinese medicine in the East. I wandered around many places, hoping to build a teaching hospital combining traditional Chinese and western medicine with Tibetan medicine. All this stems from my father's influence on me.

Princess Wencheng entered Tibet in the Tang Dynasty, bringing Confucian culture and Indian Buddhism to China. Today, more than 90% of Tibetans believe in Buddhism, and every move, word and deed are inseparable from Buddhism; I was born in a Buddhist family, and harmony is the most important thing. My father often reminds me: "To be a man is not only to be happy, but also to make everyone happy and contribute to society.". 」

Some relatives in my family are Tibetan doctors. When I was a child, I watched them help many sad patients recover, and I admired the way they smiled. At that time, I simply thought, "I want to be a doctor, too, so that everyone will be happy and my father will be happy." 」

The doctor's mother is 73 years old and still walks steadily. The key is "meditation" and "purity of mind"

In my impression, I have never seen my mother angry or scolded by my father. I even suspect that the couple never quarreled at all. The two parents laugh all day, unlike those who have the ability to quarrel.

People who know me have hardly seen me lose my temper. Many people think it's amazing. "How can I stay calm all the time?" ? In fact, after I came to Taiwan Province Province, I felt that everyone was "fierce", emotionally fluctuating, impulsive and easily angry. Aren't you tired? For me, being angry and tired not only wastes energy, but also lowers my IQ. Listening to patients' complaints, I often wonder where we can have so many things to worry about and stay awake at night.

Watching the news, the child was beaten by his classmates, and the parents immediately angrily sued the school, clamoring for justice, asking the teacher to apologize, and the other parents admitted their mistakes. Such a thing is almost impossible to happen in my hometown.

Tibetan children are very naughty. They usually play in the dirt outside. It is common for boys to chase and even throw stones. I still have scars left by stones when I was a child!

Because one of the family precepts is "the evil of others is not my heart", my hands were bleeding at that time and I ran home to "call my mother after losing my father". Before I could say that my playmate was wrong, my father took the opportunity to teach me how to forgive. I didn't take into account that I was responsible for myself, so I can't blame others casually. Even if others do something bad intentionally or unintentionally, you don't have to take it to heart.

Resentment is a secondary injury to oneself. There is really no need to be angry, and there is no need to be angry with others. It's better to pack up a pack of injuries and keep playing.

Optimistic, improve your immunity. After reading medical school and many papers, I realized that it is really bad to hold grudges. Many diseases are caused by holding grudges, and my body is very annoying.

Why do people you hate have nothing to do with their health? From the point of view of immunity, people who are optimistic and know how to put themselves in other's shoes can really turn illness into happiness, because there are many helper T cells in their bodies, which are lymphocytes that play an important role in human immune response.

Optimists are very good at helping T cells eliminate cancer cells. People who are pessimistic, stressed and don't know how to release them often have low immunity. Once they get sick and have surgery, their recovery speed is not as fast as that of optimistic people, and the chance of disease recurrence is higher.

The cause and effect of ego and ego will eventually return to their own Buddhist philosophy, simplifying the complex universe into the most basic five elements, and treating people (ego) as a small universe composed of five elements of earth, fire, wind and gas, and the big universe (ego) containing everything is also composed of the same five elements. The basic "ingredients" of ego and ego are actually the same. What the ego has, what the ego has, will affect each other.

"One flower, one world, one leaf and one bodhi" can see the whole world and oneself from a grain of dust, which is how it came about.

However, philosophical words are really difficult for a child who has not yet developed wisdom. My father tried to tell me in the simplest way: "You are good to everyone, and everyone will be good to you. 」

There is a two-way movement between yourself and others. If you are angry with others, call names and hit people, these angry words will eventually return to yourself, which is cause and effect; On the contrary, if you let go and do something with a kind heart, there will naturally be good results.

"Bodhisattva is afraid of cause, ordinary people are afraid of fruit." If you do the right thing with the right idea, you don't have to worry about bad things and bad luck.

Altruism is in my best interest. I am publishing a book now. My father taught me the concept of "altruism", which I often tell you in radio, TV and speeches.

After studying preventive medicine, I found that treating only one diseased organ is a way of "seeing the trees but not the forest", which can only treat the symptoms rather than the root cause; If people want to achieve a perfect and healthy balance between body and mind, learning "altruism" is the key to cure the problem.

From the perspective of preventive medicine, the tension and alienation between people and me is not good for longevity; Old people who feel loved and are willing to give love, especially those who don't ask for anything in return, have a particularly low rate of Alzheimer's disease. Studies have confirmed that giving love, altruism and making friends can protect the brain and avoid premature aging.

Once upon a time, my father told me to be altruistic, and I replied naughtily, "I have nothing!" " Do you have Dolly? I'll be altruistic when I get rich! Seeing me cheating, my father smiled and replied, "You don't have to give people a lot of money, there are many delicious foods. It is altruistic to say good things, and it is altruistic to share what you know with others. 」

Mindfulness therapy is my own good doctor. In recent years, I have contacted at least thousands of patients. According to my clinical experience, I boldly draw an equal sign between "health", "happiness" and "altruism".

In addition to the routine medical procedures, I also add mindfulness therapy to make patients change a little every day: more love, less emotions, more kind words, less eating a bowl of rice, more happy things for themselves, less complaining about others, more sleeping, less worrying about work, more forgiving a person, less swearing and more sharing knowledge.

Making the mood better, keeping the mood happy and improving the happiness index can greatly enhance the activity of immune cells. If you live with mindfulness and positive thinking, as long as you are willing to change a little every day, you will be relieved and your body will naturally relax after half a year. All chronic diseases caused by long-term stress accumulation can be well controlled.

It is not difficult to be altruistic, and it is not difficult to get sick. Through comprehensive preventive medicine, everyone can become a good doctor who can control his health and happiness by learning altruism!
