2. Page setup.

Author's Note: Insert a footnote to indicate that the author information includes the author's shorthand communication, the author's signature (usually the first author, copy and paste the envelope symbol in the template), the author's unit and email information. Footnotes use style: affiliation, footnote insertion method: select reference → insert footnote.
Abstract: Used in style, the word "abstract" in the abstract is in bold.
Keywords: Keyword usage style: abstract, the word "keywords" in keywords is bold, the first letter of each word is capitalized, and the function words are lowercase.
Title: 1 Class Title Usage Style: Title1; Secondary title: title 2; Third-level title: title 3; The fourth level title: heading4, and the fifth level title: heading5. The first letter of each word in all titles is capitalized, and the function words are lowercase.
Text: The style used in the first paragraph under all headings: pla;; The second paragraph begins to use the style: body.
Formula: Formula using style: Formula formulas can only be entered through formulas and cannot be inserted in the form of pictures. For example, if the original text is a formula inserted in picture format, you need to use MathType formula editor or the formula editor that comes with Word to input and replace the original formula picture; If the font size in the formula text is 10, if the font size in the table is 8.5. The formulas in this paper are numbered sequentially: (1. 1), (1.2)...( 1.n).
Picture: The picture size should be moderate, and the text on the picture should be clear. If the original picture is a text box, you need to use the screenshot tool to insert the text box into the picture. Picture format: embedded. Picture use style: PLA+center;; Use the style of picture title: figlegend picture title is placed under the picture. The picture title numbers are as follows: figure 1. 1, figure 1.2 ... figure1.n.
Table: The table layout is: No text wrapping. Style of table content: the width of the table is the same as the body border; Table title style: tablelegend table title is above the table; Style of table description: tablenots table description is at the bottom of the table. The title numbers of the tables are as follows: table 1. 1, table 1.2 ... table1.n.
4. References. The writing order is: the author's name. (Year) Title of the article. Journal name. Volume (issue): page number, such as 23 (06):12-18; Use Style: References, and then use AutoNumber to number the references. Check whether references are cited in the text, and if not, add reference positions in the text, such as [1], [2] and [3]. ...
5. Title. Even pages are page numbers and author abbreviations; Among them: San Fengshang; Three and two authors wrote: Zhang and Li; ; Three or more authors: Zhang,, Writing: Zhang and other odd pages are "1 article title+page number". Page number insertion method: Select Insert → Document Part → Field → Select Page to insert the current page number → OK. Format Brush the header according to the template header format.
6. Check: Check the pictures, formulas and tables in the article and find the corresponding descriptions of the formulas, pictures and tables in the article. Check Chinese characters. Replace Chinese characters in the article with English characters.
7. Save as "Number, Page Number"
