Science and Technology Herald was founded in the United States on 1980 by Chinese American scientists such as Yang Zhenning and Li Zhengdao. 1984 was published in China and the association was formally established. Became 1986 academic journal of China Association for Science and Technology. Professor, Academician Meng and Academician Zhu Guangya successively served as the chief editor, and the current chief editor is Feng Changgen, vice chairman of China Association for Science and Technology and professor of Beijing Institute of Technology.
