(1) Teaching: teaching many courses for college students and correspondence students, such as chemical principle II, drilling fluid technology principle, oil and gas reservoir protection technology, oilfield chemistry, polymer chemistry, modern drilling and completion fluid technology, surface and colloid chemistry, etc. (2) Scientific research: Participated in 2 national scientific research projects, 6 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects and more than 30 horizontal scientific research projects. (3) Product research and development: independently research and develop 12 drilling fluid additives, 2 cement slurry additives and 3 water treatment agents; There are two kinds of plugging removal agents for oil and gas reservoirs. (4) Two new experimental devices-multifunctional dynamic evaluation experimental instrument for drilling fluid at high temperature and high pressure and comprehensive evaluation instrument for reservoir protection have been developed. (5) Papers and treatises: The first author has published more than 60 academic papers at home and abroad; Participated in editing 3 monographs and translating books 1 volume, including drilling fluid and completion fluid and reservoir protection technology, oil and gas well construction engineering, reservoir protection technology and drilling fluid and completion fluid technology in the early 20th century.
