Cui, female, born in 1964, doctor of engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, currently vice president of School of Materials Science, Beijing University of Technology, and leader of inorganic nonmetallic materials discipline. Mainly engaged in the research of high-performance cement and ecological building materials. He presided over the national science and technology support projects, "973" plan projects, major projects of Beijing Science and Technology Commission and other scientific research work, and undertook technical service projects entrusted by enterprises. He won 2 second and third prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 2 first and second prizes for scientific and technological progress in building materials industry, and 2 second prizes for Beijing scientific and technological progress 1 item, and published 4 monographs and more than 40 academic papers. He is the director of the Education Committee of the Ministry of Building Materials, the vice chairman of the Cement Branch of China Portland Society, the secretary general of the new dry method branch of China Cement Association, and the editorial board of Cement and New Century Cement Herald. In 2008, he was selected as a candidate for the Beijing New Century Million Talents Project.
