In-service teacher training 36 credits
On-the-job training for in-service teachers is 36 credits, which is the sum of the training credits obtained by participating in the three-level training at city, district and school. Municipal training credits can offset district-level training credits, and district-level credits cannot offset municipal credits; City and district training credits cannot offset school-based research credits; Except academic qualifications, the credits of each course category do not offset each other.
1, municipal credits
Teachers can register courses on the municipal teacher education platform. After completing the selected courses, the platform will grade directly, and teachers can query on the platform by themselves.
2, district training credits (including self-study)
(1) Teachers sign up for all kinds of district-level teacher training, and after completing their studies according to the course requirements, the platform will directly grade the corresponding credits.
(2) Teachers who participate in the training of district academic leaders and backbone teachers can complete the training tasks as required, which can be counted as 1 credit per academic year, with 3 credits for three years.
(3) Teachers (including moderators) who take part in the study in the master studio of the district can be counted as 4 credits per academic year, 3 years 12 credits if they complete the study tasks as required and pass the examination.
(4) If a district-level open class or special lecture is held, it can be counted as 1 credit with the certificate issued by the district teaching and research section; If a municipal public class or special lecture is offered, it can be counted as 2 credits with the certificate issued by the municipal teaching and research office.
(5) lead the municipal and above projects, which can be counted as 3 credits; Leading district-level projects can count 2 credits; Participating in city and district project research can be counted 1 credit, and participating in project research is not repeated.
(6) If you publish a paper in a district-level publication, you can count 2 credits, and if you publish a paper in a publication above the municipal level, you can count 3 credits.
(7) Those who undertake the standardized training and teaching of trainee teachers in the base and complete the teaching tasks can be counted as 4 credits, and those who complete the appointment of trainee teachers in the school can be counted as 2 credits.
(8) After completing a higher level of academic education, with graduation certificate or degree certificate, you can offset the two main courses of teachers' morality and accomplishment, knowledge and skills.
(9) Cross-regional and cross-system personalized learning shall be examined and approved by the teacher training department of the College of Education with the certificate of completion of training or proof of hours.
(10) When participating in overseas training, the project leader shall report the overseas training plan or agreement to the teacher training department of the District Education College for the record, and the training will be counted in the corresponding credits after the training. If the training time abroad is 1 month, 4 credits will be counted.
(1 1) Those who take part in the teaching work can apply for exemption from district-level course training credits except "information ability improvement project" with the teaching certificate and the assessment opinions of the teaching school. Teachers with teaching experience of 1 year or above can be exempted from 12 credits, and those with teaching experience of more than 6 months can be exempted from 6 credits.
(12) Full-time or part-time teachers engaged in teacher training at the municipal and district levels shall be counted into corresponding credits according to the training hours offered, and each course shall be counted only once, and accumulated credits shall not be repeated.
(13) Senior teachers who lead topics at or above the district level, publish papers in publications at or above the district level, and undertake teaching at the base are given priority in the personalized training results of senior teachers.
