What are the uses of centrifuges?
Used in industrial production.

Industrial centrifuge is one of the main equipments in chemical industry. It mainly uses centrifugal force to separate solid from liquid, and generally consists of feeding, washing, dewatering, knife wrapping and discharging, in which feeding, washing, knife wrapping and discharging are controlled by electromagnetic valves and pneumatic valves. Centrifugal kettle is the main component to realize solid-liquid separation, which is driven by three-phase AC motor through belt.

According to the process characteristics, the material is mainly a solid-liquid mixture at the beginning, and the load is relatively large at the beginning. When it reaches a certain speed, the liquid flows out from the outside under the action of centrifugal force, so that a part of the liquid is separated first. With the further increase of motor speed, the load decreases accordingly. According to the process requirements, it is generally divided into several different speeds to achieve the separation effect.

Precautions for use:

1, in order to ensure the safety and centrifugal effect, the instrument must be placed on a solid horizontal platform, and nothing can be placed on the engineering plastic cover door; Samples must be placed symmetrically, and nuts must be tightened before starting the machine.

2. Before use, check whether the rotor is damaged or corroded. At the same time, check the centrifugal cup for cracks and aging. If you find any doubt, please stop using it immediately and contact the manufacturer. Before starting the machine, please tighten the compression nut of the rotor to avoid accidents caused by the high-speed rotating rotor flying out.

3. The speed setting shall not exceed the maximum speed to ensure the safe operation of the machine.

4. If 0.00 or other numbers appear during use and the machine does not work, it should be turned off and powered off, and restarted after 10 seconds. After displaying the set speed, press the Run key again and the machine will run as usual.

5. If the specific gravity of the sample to be separated exceeds 1.2g/cm3, the maximum rotational speed n must be corrected according to the following formula: N=NMAX*( 1.2/ specific gravity of the sample) 1/2, NMAX= rotor limit rotational speed.
