Statistical analysis report. Statistical analysis report refers to an applied article that uses statistical data and statistical analysis methods to express the essence and regularity of the studied things with unique expression and structural characteristics. Statistical analysis report is the concentrated expression of arguments, arguments and conclusions formed in the process of statistical analysis and research; It is different from general summary reports, argumentative essays, narrative essays and expository essays. More different from novels, poems and essays; It is the expression of the results of analysis and research on objective things with figures and words by using statistical data and methods. The results of statistical analysis can be expressed in various forms, such as table format, chart format and article style. The main form of article style is statistical analysis report. It is the most perfect form of all forms of expression. This form can be used flexibly in tables, charts and other forms; It can show the living conditions that table format and graphic format are difficult to fully express; It can make the analysis results clear, vivid and concrete; Can make a profound qualitative analysis.
What are the types of statistical analysis reports?
Due to the different contents and functions of statistical analysis reports, statistical analysis reports mainly have the following types:
1, statistical bulletin
Statistical bulletin is a statistical analysis report of national economic and social development published to the public by government statistical agencies through newspapers and periodicals. Generally published by the national, provincial and provincial statistics bureau. For example, Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development of National Bureau of Statistics 1999.
2, progress statistical analysis report
The progress statistical analysis report is mainly based on regular reports, reflecting the social and economic development and analyzing its influence and reasons. For example, monthly analysis, quarterly analysis and annual analysis. From the time point of view, it can be divided into regular and irregular, mid-term and final statistical analysis reports; From the content, it can be divided into two kinds: special topic and comprehensive statistical analysis report.
Progress statistical analysis report must pay attention to timeliness, and strive to be short and concise in content, concise and standardized in structure, and clear at a glance after reading it.
3, comprehensive statistical analysis report
Comprehensive statistical analysis report is a kind of statistical analysis report which is formed by comprehensively analyzing the scale, level, structure and proportion, economic benefits and development and changes of national economic and social development from an objective point of view by using a large number of rich statistical data.
4, thematic statistical analysis report
Thematic statistical analysis report is an analysis report that makes a special and in-depth study on a certain aspect or problem of social and economic phenomena. Its goal is concentrated and its content is single, unlike a comprehensive analysis report, it should reflect the whole picture of things. Because of this, the special statistical analysis report requires breaking through the limitation of time and space, flexibly selecting topics according to the needs of leaders and the public, so as to be focused and deeply understood.
5. Typical investigation report
A typical investigation report is a report written by consciously selecting a few representative units to conduct in-depth actual investigation according to the purpose and requirements of the investigation. Going deep into reality and conducting investigation and research is a working method often adopted by leaders and departments at all levels to understand the situation and guide their work. Habitual address? Dissecting sparrows? Statistically, it is called a typical survey.

First, the purpose of internship
This semester, we set up a statistics course. Through one semester's study, I have a basic understanding of the basic concepts and types of statistical application, and mastered the technology of data collection, display and analysis. But this is all theoretical knowledge in books, not on paper. We must use theory to guide practice and apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned to our work and life. This is the purpose of our study and the direction of educational reform. Therefore, at the end of this semester, our teaching and research section specially arranged a week of experimental time. Through practice, you can improve your practical ability and the idea of integrating theory with practice, and you can also deepen your understanding and mastery of the theory in textbooks through experiments. Internship time: the sixteenth week of the last semester of sophomore year. Internship location: Donghua Institute of Technology.
Second, the internship requirements
Statistics is a science of data processing. Statistics is a science that collects, processes, analyzes and interprets data and draws conclusions from them. Statistical method is a general data analysis method, which is applicable to all disciplines and will be used wherever there are data. With the increasing emphasis on quantitative research, statistical methods have been applied to many fields of natural science and social science. Statistical methods are applied to almost all research fields, such as government departments, academic research leaders, daily life, production and management of companies and enterprises. Therefore, learning statistics well is good for our future work and life, and it is more important to master and apply statistical theory through time.
Mainly through the use of EXCEL software for data processing, analysis and interpretation.
Third, the internship content
1, data collection
There are two main sources of statistical data. One is the indirect source of data, and the other is the direct source of data. As students, we don't have time to get first-hand information through our own investigation, so the data sources are mainly indirect. Team members get data from other people's surveys on the Internet. The data source is reliable and true. 2.EXCEL data processing technology.
One of the characteristics of the textbooks we study is that it highlights the combination with computers, mainly with EXCEL. Therefore, we mainly use EXCEL software to process and analyze the data in the experiment. EXCEL data processing technology runs through the whole test process. EXCEL is the basic knowledge of our statistical experiment. You can't do experiments without knowing the application of EXCEL. Therefore, EXCEL technology is the most widely used in experiments. I won't learn the statistical knowledge in books for the time being. This EXCEWL technology can be practiced.
3. Data analysis
(A), operating income analysis
As shown in table 1, the average operating income of each security in 20 10 is 42568986776 yuan, and the average level that can be used to reflect the phenomenon is105496.61171000 yuan. All securities can refer to the level of their operating income. The operating income of Vanke A is 48,865,438+0,065,438+0,365,438+0,434, 900 yuan.
As can be seen from the above data, the deviation between the main business income of listed companies and the average value is still very large, some are below 500 million yuan, and some are above1000 million yuan. The influence of its size may be related to the size of the enterprise and the monetary funds of the enterprise. The management ability of an enterprise is related to other factors such as operational ability.
Operating income is selected from the data of 20 listed companies with 20 10. See Table 2 for the grouping: Table 2 (ten thousand yuan) operating income grouping.
Enterprise analysis of operating income of 20 10
Figure 3
In 2009, the top ten enterprises in terms of operating income are shown in Figure 3, among which Vanke A is the highest, accounting for 6 1%, which shows that it has considerable strength in the real estate industry. Secondly, China Merchants Property accounts for 13%, and its competitive strength should not be underestimated. Financial Street 8%, Yicheng shares 4%, and the rest (Oceanwide Building, Deep Great Wall, COFCO Real Estate, S*ST).
Ye Zhen A and Rhine Real Estate both account for 1%~3%.
(2) Correlation regression analysis
Correlation Regression Analysis of Vanke A20 10 Total Profit and Total Operating Cost. Analyze the relationship between the total profit and the total operating cost of its listed companies. The results of correlation regression analysis are shown in Table 3 and Figure 4.
Wanke a
Table 3 (10,000 Yuan) Regression Statistics
Figure 4
Correlation regression analysis is as follows: Vanke A (Table 3 and Figure 4). As can be seen from the above figure, the correlation coefficient of Vanke A is 0.97676089. From these data, we can know that the correlation coefficient of Vanke A is quite large, which shows that the relationship between total profit and total operating cost is relatively close, that is, the trend of total profit increasing with the increase of total operating cost is obvious.
(3) Dynamic analysis
Now, the related data of Vanke A 2007-2065 438+00 (operating income, operating cost, business tax and surcharges, investment income, operating profit and net profit) are dynamically analyzed.
Figure 5
Operating income and operating cost increase year by year; Investment income is also increasing year by year, but the extent is small; Operating profit and net profit in 2008 were higher than those in 2007, but decreased in 2009, which should be closely related to the financial crisis in 2009; Business tax and surcharges increased slightly in 2007 and 2008, and decreased to 20 10 in 2009, which was related to the adjustment of national policies. We should pay close attention to the changes of national policies in time. Companies should comprehensively analyze market trends and make correct investments.
(V) Financial analysis of Vanke A's net profit

1, solvency analysis
Asset-liability ratio = total liabilities/total assets * 100%
Asset-liability ratio, also known as debt ratio, is the percentage of total liabilities to total assets of an enterprise in a certain period of time. It is used to reflect the debt level of an enterprise, indicating how much of the total assets of the enterprise are raised through debt, that is, the resources provided by creditors account for the proportion of all assets, and it can measure the degree to which the enterprise protects the interests of creditors in the liquidation process. The asset-liability ratio can reflect the total solvency of an enterprise. The lower the index, the greater the degree of protection of total assets to the interests of creditors, and the stronger the solvency of enterprises.
