1. First, select the required document, click the "Citation" option on the word panel, and then click "Footnotes and Endnotes".
2. The default comment is "I", which can be changed to digital form. Click the drop-down option of the footnote in the reference options.
3. Select "endnote" in the dialog box, and the numbering method is "automatic numbering". If "Auto Number" is not Arabic numerals, click "Options" in the lower right corner, select Arabic numerals in the numbering format, and click "Apply".
4. At this time, the annotation format of the reference has been displayed, and then just enter the source of the reference after the number, and click the footnote/endnote separator to cancel the separator.
5. Switch back to the page view at this time, and the insertion of references is basically completed. No matter how the article is changed, the references will be automatically arranged, and even if it is deleted, the following references will disappear.
When quoting a paper, first put the cursor behind the quoted paragraph or sentence, click the reference in the toolbar, then click the footnote and endnote, click the endnote in the pop-up dialog box, select the numbering format, and finally click Insert.
The reference part of the article includes two parts: notes and references. Annotation is the author's own explanation (the cited references can also be placed in the annotation), and the reference should list the name of the reference book or paper, author, publishing house or published periodical, writing time or periodical number, etc. Notes are marked with circles 12, footnotes are put, references are marked with [1][2], and endnotes are put.
