Ask for a paper on Kun gua
Among the sixty-four hexagrams in the Book of Changes, there is only one pure yang hexagram, that is, dry hexagram, and only one pure yin hexagram, that is, Kun hexagram. Dry hanging represents heaven, while Kun hanging represents earth, and dry hanging and Kun hanging, like heaven and earth, are completely opposite and inseparable forever. If we understand Gangua as how to be a leader, then Kungua can be understood as a right-hand man who can be a good leader.

The motto of Kun gua is: on the sixth day of the sixth lunar month, the frost is firm and the ice is firm; Sixty-two, the straight side is big, and there is no harm in not learning; Sixty-three, including Zhang Kejian, or from the king, no end; June 4th, bag, no complaints, no reputation; Sixth Five-Year Plan, Huang Shang Yuanji; On the sixth day, the dragon fought in the wild, and the blood was mysterious yellow. Use number six, Li Yongzhen. What do these rude words mean? And what does Kun Gua tell us about our life?

There is a well-known saying that "people use it for daily use and don't know it". In fact, each of us uses the Book of Changes every day, but we don't know that we are using it. What is the divination virtue of Kun Gua? That is, I fully cooperate with you and sincerely support you. What's more, I'm happy to help you.

There is a "nine" in dried melon and a "six" in Kungua, but this "six" in Kungua is different from the "nine" in dried melon. Because divination is divergent and outward, to change is to always be a chameleon to adapt to the environment. And Kun hexagrams "Li Yongzhen", is the same. Gan Kun's two hexagrams are juxtaposed, and they are unchanged, which is in line with the truth of yin and yang. If the two remain the same, then it is fixed and rigid. And if both change, it will be out of control. Therefore, it is very reasonable to use nine "seeing a leaderless, auspicious" divination and six "Li Yongzhen" divination.

Kungua's "Li Yongzhen" means that you should always be loyal to your boss, which cannot be changed. As a subordinate, no matter what tricks you play, you should be loyal to your boss.

Divination is automatic, fashionable, outward expansion and creation. Kungua is introverted and reserved, shrinking inward and actively cooperating. Because if everyone creates, no one cooperates and everyone goes his own way, the normal order of mankind will be chaotic. It is very important that red flowers should also have green leaves to set off. There are red flowers everywhere in the garden, and there are not any leaves. Does it look nice? Of course not.

Everyone's personality is different, and we should play different social roles according to their different personality characteristics. My personality is not suitable for being a leader, so it is no problem for me to cooperate with others with Kungua instead of Gangua.

In fact, the best way to be a man is to give all the credit to others, so that there will be no enemies. As long as there is credit, there are enemies. Why must we attract them? Yijing said, "Avenue becomes a man, while Kundao becomes a woman." If we combine Kun Gua with Gan Gua, we will feel that Gan Gua represents men and Kun Gua represents women. Kundao must be a woman, right? Not exactly. Who is the person who carried forward Kundao best and operated it most effectively in our history? This man is not a woman, on the contrary, he is a man, Zheng He of the Ming Dynasty. Some people may say, no wonder, he doesn't look like a man at all, because he was castrated at an early age. In fact, this is not necessarily the case. Zheng He practiced Kundao best, which has nothing to do with that. The Book of Changes tells us that Yin and Yang are inseparable and both internal and external are indispensable, but we should not be too obsessed with the external image.

Zheng He benefited from a sentence all his life: "Justice is free from people's hearts". He was wronged and humiliated since childhood, which supported him. Humiliation is your own feeling. When you don't feel this way, you won't feel ashamed. It is with this belief that Zheng He lived up to his mission and made seven voyages to the Western Ocean without arrogance or rashness. He played every trick of Kundao very well, so he was humble and later achieved great success.

The first motto of Kun Gua, which we call the sixth month of the lunar calendar (see figure 10- 1), is: "first frost is firm." That is to say, when we step on the frost, we should think that it will be very cold this winter, and we should make preparations in advance, not too late. The advantage of god is that it will not be cold enough to be caught off guard at once. He will go to the first frost in early winter to remind us that the weather is getting cold and it is time to prepare for winter.

Zheng He did very well. Although his position is not high, even very low, but in the end his master did not use him as a eunuch. Because he is very competitive, he operates every trick of Kungua so well that he is taller than the standing person when he lies down.

Kungua corresponds to Gangua, which can also be understood as the cooperation between subordinates and superior leaders. Kun Gua tells us that the first step to do a good job of cooperation is to have a high degree of alertness, see a slight change, step on the frost and think that hard ice is coming, and be prepared for cold resistance. So what should we do in the second step on this basis?

The second point (see figure 10-2) is "straightforwardness, no harm in not learning". "Straight" means upward, your spirit should be upward, you should support your boss, don't always support the people next to you. "Square" is where you stand. You should stand firm and be clear about your tasks and responsibilities. "Large" means that the measuring range should be wider. If others have any good opinions, don't be afraid to tell the boss. What is there to be afraid of? If you think his opinion is better than yours, you must overwhelm him, which may lead to infighting and eventually lose too much because of trivial matters.

The following sentence is difficult to explain, and it is called "no learning, no loss." What do you mean "there is no harm in not learning"? Even if you don't study, it won't hurt you. Can't you study? Remember, some things can't be learned. If you make a mistake, you'd better not learn.

If you make a mistake, it is better not to learn. This is called not learning.

-The Wisdom of the Book of Changes Many people died in the second week of their lives, because in the first week, he was very alert and did everything well, so his superiors treated him differently and he got carried away, that's all. When Zheng He was promoted by his master, if he began to think he was proud and confident, he would surely die the next year.

After the first one has passed smoothly, be careful when it comes to the second one. You should be alert to "go straight, there is no harm in not learning", and don't be carried away by those bad habits, so that you will make continuous progress. The second trick of Kun Gua tells us that when you make small achievements, at your age, you can't stand it. It doesn't matter if you praise an old man, he doesn't care at all. But young people can't stand praise. Why do many singers finally commit suicide by jumping off a building? Why do many people take drugs? Because he lived in applause for a long time, he couldn't live without applause, so he committed suicide. The audience is realistic. Give you applause today, give applause to others tomorrow, and I won't give it to you. Why live by the applause of others?

When you are a grass-roots supervisor and do a good job, many people will come to curry favor with you, ask you to entrust, give you gifts and flatter you in public. But you usually don't think it's flattering. You think they're right. You think you're already excellent and capable, so you enjoy it and then you're finished. Remember, the credit always belongs to the boss, and as a subordinate, you will never get credit. Keep this in mind and you will have more opportunities. If you feel that you have achieved and contributed, the leader will not give you another chance. If there are small achievements, there will be no great achievements. At our age, we were always scolded when we were young, so in the end, we managed to get something, which was the result of encouragement.

Yang Xiu in The Romance of the Three Kingdoms is an extremely clever man. He is Cao Cao's counselor. Cao Cao likes to use smart people best, but Yang Xiu is a very representative example in history. On the surface, Cao Cao killed him, but in fact, Yang Xiu was killed step by step by his own cleverness. Cao Cao had to kill Yang Xiu, but he couldn't find a reason. Finally, when he found the reason to kill him, Yang Xiu said he knew this would happen. It can be seen that he is very clear about his ending. A wise man can never completely guess other people's thoughts. Everyone stands in front of you as if they were naked. Aren't they embarrassed? So it makes sense for people to play dumb. Play dumb when you should be confused, sober when you should be awake, serious when you should be serious, and so-so when you should be so-so, but we can't accept such words now.

As social people, to cooperate with others, we need the nature of land. Heaven goes to heaven, and earth goes to earth, which is the earth, so it is the nature of the earth to keep the tunnel. I do my duty, develop my nature well, and naturally I can get into 63.

The second thought of Kun Gua reminds us that when you have made some achievements, you must not be complacent and get carried away, but realize that it is your duty to cooperate with superior leaders to do a good job. Only by doing this can we enter the third divination of Kun Gua, "containing Zhang Kezhen, or doing things from Wang, and achieving nothing". What do these words mean? What should we pay attention to at this stage of life?
