My composition is as follows:
Stories of shipowners and painters
I heard this story from my teacher when I was a child. At that time, the students talked a lot, but most of them thought that the shipowner was too careless. If the painter hadn't carefully filled the hole, the owner's child wouldn't have come back. Therefore, the painter is Lei Feng, and doing good deeds like Lei Feng without leaving a name should be rewarded.
A few years later, I didn't expect to see this story again in the college entrance examination, but this time I feel different. If the shipowner is a responsible manager, the ship should be inspected as required before painting, but the shipowner is allowed to paint the hull and sail without inspection. Obviously, the shipowner or his management team made a serious mistake in implementing the rules and regulations.
Let's take a look. The painter found a leak in the hull when painting. It is reasonable to report to the shipowner first, and it is correct for the shipowner to arrange qualified personnel to repair the hull. However, the painter not only failed to report to the ship owner, but also failed to repair the hull and failed to report to the ship owner afterwards. This is an obvious act of ultra vires. According to the quality management and qualification regulations, painters should not be rewarded, but should be educated and trained in rules and regulations! The reason is that the loopholes filled by painters may not meet the quality standards. In case the quality is not up to standard, it is likely to be dangerous on the second or later voyage.
Reminiscent of Wu Bin, the most beautiful driver who was recently fired vigorously, Wu Bin stopped his car at the last moment of his life, and was therefore hyped as a "model worker" and a "revolutionary martyr", which is obviously similar to the shipowner's practice.
In fact, when Wu Bin braked, he didn't know the degree of damage to his internal organs, and he didn't know that his life would end. The purpose of his braking was to save himself first, but as a result of his self-rescue behavior, he did not save his own life, but saved the lives of other people on the bus. Just like a painter, he filled a loophole by the way, but he didn't expect that his trapping behavior would save the lives of the owner's children. Afterwards, the shipowner realized that his "passing behavior" saved the shipowner's children, and Wu Bin would never know that he would become a revolutionary martyr.
According to the driving regulations of the expressway, buses should drive on the right, overtaking is strictly prohibited, and overtaking lanes should not be occupied!
Therefore, Wu Bin's driving behavior has violated the driving regulations of the expressway, just like an unqualified painter filling a loophole. What should I do if the maintenance quality is not up to standard? It will sink to the bottom of the sea. On the contrary, it is not the first time that Wu Bin broke the rules, but this time he was killed, from which we can see that any violation may cause hidden dangers to himself and others.
The stories of shipowners and painters give us such enlightenment: as managers, we must first abide by the rules and regulations and perform our supervisory duties according to the rules and regulations. As an actor, we should also regulate our own code of conduct according to strict rules and regulations. We can't operate illegally just because we do good or save trouble, and we don't want the illegal behavior of illegal operators to be rewarded!
