Stamping technology and die design of gasket cover
This graduation project is the die design of gasket cover stamping parts. Stamping parts are flanging parts, with a height of 14.5㎜ and a material of 1Cr 18Ni9. They are austenitic stainless steels with good toughness, plasticity, weldability and corrosion resistance, but poor machinability. The thickness is 0.5㎜, the main machining dimensions are 14.5㎜, Ф 72 ㎜ is IT 12 to IT 14, and the fillet radius is R3㎜. Around the workpiece, there are three holes composed of circular arc and rectangle at the interval of 1200, but their shapes are symmetrical. According to the shape and technical requirements of the workpiece, the stamping manufacturability analysis shows that the shape of the part belongs to the rotary body, which is a general cylindrical part with flange. D convex /d and h/d are suitable, and the drawing manufacturability is good. The radius R3 of the fillet is large, so it can be directly formed without forming process. 14.5㎜ and Ф 72 ㎜ are the main machining dimensions, and the precision requirements can be met by adding trimming procedures. The three notches on the circumference of Ф 72 ㎜ are composed of semicircles and rectangles with a radius of 3㎜, and the accuracy of the center-to-center distance is not high, so you only need to use a common punching die (that is, the manufacturing accuracy of the working part is below IT8). At the same time, in order to ensure the coaxiality of the three notches and the hole with the diameter of Ф19 ㎜, the processing should be based on Ф1913. It is not difficult to see from the analysis of the shape of the stamped part of the gasket cover from above that it needs stamping processes such as blanking, drawing, punching, flanging and trimming, but it needs several times of drawing, and whether it can be formed by flanging at one time. As for how many times it needs to be stretched, the calculation of the radius of the drawing fillet and the stamping process will be discussed later, so it will not be described here (attached with the part drawing).
