With the deepening of the management system reform in the construction industry, people pay more and more attention to the construction management of engineering projects. Its management level has become the first factor restricting the survival and development of enterprises, and quality, schedule and cost control are the most important management points.

Taking XXXXXX construction project as an example, combining with the actual situation, this paper designs the construction scheme of each part of the project in detail. Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of schedule control, this paper systematically plans and designs the whole process of the project from the start preparation to the completion acceptance from the perspective of the project manager, analyzes the schedule by using the bar chart and network chart, and puts forward specific measures to ensure the implementation of the schedule according to the actual situation; In terms of quality and safety, strict technical and organizational measures have been formulated, common and key problems in construction projects have been planned, and corresponding management organizations have been established to ensure the good implementation of quality and safety plans.
