1, record this week's events. Don't simply write a sentence or two. Several things should be interrelated, from which we can get some enlightenment, such as diligence, progress, shortcomings, gains and so on. Write everything in detail, so that two or three things can form an independent article with a theme.

2. Write a narrative. There are always some interesting things about family, school and personal life every week. Think carefully, you can write a composition.
