Solved many technical keys for the factory. 1988, Anhui Federation of Trade Unions awarded Comrade Su Jinlian the honorary title of "Excellent Female Worker" in Anhui Province; 1990, 1993 were awarded the title of "Excellent party member" by the factory; 1995 was awarded the title of "Women's Woman" by Wuhu Women's Federation. After many of her papers were published, they were well received by readers, and 10 papers won the certificate of excellent papers. The paper "Repair Technology of Aging and Leakage of Plastics in electroplating bath" was published in the magazine "Corrosion and Anticorrosion" 1994, and was reprinted by the national first-class publication "China Chemical Abstracts". She co-edited the book "Wood-plastic Technology". The main work includes: FRP ship model manufacturing, research on shrinkage deformation of polyester FRP, application of FRP in dye chemical equipment, discussion on connection method of FRP parts, toxicity analysis and treatment of FRP products and drinking water in their containers, etc. Published in FRP/ Composite Journal. The application of epoxy resin in our factory was published in the magazine Epoxy Resin. Research on the Bonding between Aluminum Foil Enamel and Cement-based, Adhesive, and Study on the Bonding between Rubber and Door were published in Bonding magazine.
