The new curriculum standard puts forward three-dimensional evaluation requirements for the evaluation of students' physical performance: one dimension: physical fitness, that is, the quality of human body, including the development level of physical form, physical fitness and sports ability, psychological development level and adaptability to internal and external environment; Two dimensions: students' ability and spirit of unity and cooperation; Three dimensions: the degree of students' study efforts, including the progress of students' academic performance. 2. The disadvantages of traditional physical education class performance evaluation.

China's evaluation research on physical education class started late and lacked a more scientific evaluation method. The traditional physical education class performance evaluation is based on the requirements of the previous physical education syllabus for primary and secondary schools: physical education class performance evaluation adopts a four-level structure assessment, that is, physical fitness and sports ability account for 40%, sports skills account for 30%, basic physical education knowledge accounts for 20%, and attendance performance accounts for 10%. 2.3 Sports performance evaluation content is single, focusing on quantitative evaluation and neglecting qualitative evaluation.

What are the traditional evaluation methods? Height, distance and speed? And other aspects of the content using a unified evaluation criteria. Use a ruler to measure students' sports level, right? Motor skills? The evaluation is also based on quantitative evaluation, such as the number of basketball shots, the effective number of table tennis pushes, and the successful number of volleyball mats. This quantitative indicator is the same standard, which is unfair. If we do not emphasize the qualitative evaluation of the learning process, it will make it difficult for students to form a stable awareness of sports participation, and it will also have an impact on mental health and social adaptability.

2.4 The form of sports performance evaluation is single, ignoring students' self-evaluation and mutual evaluation.

In the traditional sports performance evaluation system, teachers are the main body of evaluation, and students are always in the position of being evaluated. Teachers focus on the test of students' existing academic achievements, which is a conclusive evaluation. According to the quality of students' assessment results, students' learning process and other aspects of performance are fully affirmed and denied. As a result, students with strong athletic ability can get high marks without much practice, and students with poor athletic ability can't pass no matter how hard they try, which dampens their enthusiasm and initiative in physical education class.

3. The new concept of middle school sports performance evaluation.

Physical performance includes: the sum of physical fitness test standard items and the extent of progress. The score of standard items of physical fitness test is the sum of the scores of standard items of physical fitness test divided by the number of items *30? The evaluation of physical fitness score can objectively describe each individual, so that students of different levels can have both unified standard evaluation and progress evaluation, thus giving students a comprehensive and objective evaluation. The evaluation of progress fully reflects the individual differences of students. The higher the level, the greater the difficulty and the higher the score. Every student can strive to improve the corresponding score on the original basis, which arouses the enthusiasm of all students and embodies fairness and competitiveness.

3.2 Evaluation of motor skills

The examination of sports skills can effectively cultivate students' interest and specialty in sports, and the realization of optional teaching in senior high school can just adapt to different students' different hobbies in sports. Therefore, the skills evaluation adopts the comprehensive evaluation method of teacher evaluation, student self-evaluation and group evaluation, and the content adopts the method of combining qualitative and quantitative, which not only increases the interaction and cooperation of students, but also cultivates their adaptability and stimulates their enthusiasm for participation. Therefore, it is very necessary to incorporate sports knowledge into the assessment of students' sports achievements. The assessment of sports knowledge includes the assessment of health theory courses and physical education class's mastery of relevant sports knowledge in peacetime. 3.4 Attitude and participation

Teachers usually record students' classroom attendance and evaluate students according to attendance standards at the end of the semester. Sports participation is evaluated by each sports group according to the number of times students participate in school activities and school sports club activities.

3.5 Family and cooperation spirit

The evaluation of students' emotional performance mainly includes the performance of students' emotional control ability, self-confidence and will in physical education and health classes; The evaluation of students' cooperative spirit mainly includes students' communication ability, cooperative spirit and social responsibility in physical education and health class. In the specific evaluation operation, students' self-evaluation and group evaluation are the main methods.

4. Conclusions and recommendations

Following the laws of physical education teaching under the new curriculum standards, designing a scientific, standardized and standard evaluation system of physical education teaching results can not only improve students' interest in learning physical education, cultivate their awareness and habits of lifelong physical education, but also understand teachers' teaching situation, which will play a positive role in comprehensively implementing quality education and improving teaching quality. At the same time, the operation of sports performance evaluation is based on the principle of practicality, simplicity and easy operation, and can be combined with the software of physical fitness test for score statistics.
