Second, check in

(3) Small animals can't be brought on the plane, and quarantine certificates are required for consignment.

(4) The check-in certificate is attached to the air ticket. After arriving and picking up the luggage, the staff will check whether the check-in certificate matches the label on the luggage.

Article 32. Passengers should arrive at the airport within the time limit stipulated by the carrier, and go through the boarding procedures such as ticket inspection, checked baggage and boarding pass on time with their tickets and valid identity documents.

The carrier shall inform the passengers of the time to stop the check-in procedures. The carrier shall open the check-in counter on time, accept the passenger tickets issued by passengers in accordance with the regulations, and go through the check-in procedures quickly and accurately.

Article 33. Before boarding the plane, passengers and their luggage must go through security checks.

Article 34 Special passengers, such as unaccompanied children, sick and disabled passengers, pregnant women, blind people, deaf people or prisoners, can only be transported with the prior consent of the carrier and necessary arrangements.

The carrier shall not carry passengers suffering from infectious diseases, mental illness or health conditions that may endanger themselves or affect the safety of other passengers. Thirty-fifth, passengers miss the plane according to the following provisions:

(2) If the passenger wants to take the follow-up flight after missing the plane, the carrier should actively arrange if there are any seats available on the follow-up flight. There is no charge for missing the flight.

(3) If the passenger misses the plane and the carrier requests a refund, it may charge an appropriate flight delay fee.

Passengers missed the following rules:

(1) Where a refund is requested due to the fault of the passenger, it shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions in the first paragraph of this article.

(2) If the passenger mistakenly rides due to the reasons of the carrier, the carrier shall arrange for the passenger to take the follow-up flight as soon as possible. Passengers who request a refund shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of these Rules.

Passengers who take the wrong bus shall be dealt with according to the following provisions:

(1) If a passenger takes a plane by mistake, the carrier shall arrange for the passenger to arrive at the destination by the earliest flight on the ticket, and the fare will not be refunded.

(2) If the passenger takes the wrong flight because of the carrier, the carrier shall arrange the passenger to take the subsequent flight as soon as possible. Passengers who request a refund shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 23 of these Rules.
