Zhang Weiping (Articles of Association), a native of Laiwu, Shandong Province, ended his rural life and 1976 joined the work. 1979 was admitted to the Law Department of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, 1983 graduated with a bachelor's degree, 1986 stayed as a graduate student, 1993 was a visiting scholar in Japan. From 1996, he was the editor-in-chief of Modern Law. At the end of 1997, he left school to work in a securities company in Shenzhen. Since 1999, he has been transferred to Tsinghua University Law School to teach.
