After the meeting, each discipline group formulated a more scientific, systematic and practical work plan, clarified the working ideas, and formed a strong guarantee for the orderly development of activities.

In order to build a "learning, research and opening" campus culture and lead the professional development of teachers, we should carry out good research on the basis of school. Project research has brought vitality to school-based teaching and research, and also created conditions for further deepening education reform. In May, the primary school of our school held a seminar on "Based on School-based Research", the primary school Chinese group conducted a research on "Ways and methods to cultivate primary school Chinese learning habits", and the primary school mathematics group conducted a research on "How to make students ask mathematical questions". A project leading group was set up, and the members of the research group often organized discussions and frank exchanges from the actual progress, achievements, difficulties, existing problems and development direction of the project research in our school. Through mutual learning, the research group broadened the research ideas, gained some research experience and enhanced the research confidence.

In particular, we should do a good job in the "discussion class", do a good job in teaching and research, and strive to gain something in every activity. It is necessary to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the teaching quality of the whole school through teaching and research.

(2) Do a good job in the follow-up benefits of teaching and research. (1) Especially for some teachers who can't give good lessons, we should implement various measures such as follow-up lectures, mentoring system and going out for training to improve their classroom teaching ability.
