In recent years, the problem of juvenile delinquency is very prominent, which has aroused the concern of the whole society. Experts, scholars and people who are enthusiastic about preventing juvenile delinquency have put forward many insightful methods, but they still can't effectively control the rise of juvenile delinquency. China's Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency in People's Republic of China (PRC) point out: "The prevention of juvenile delinquency should be combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of minors of different ages, and legal education, psychological correction and crime prevention countermeasures should be strengthened." Investigate the criminal responsibility of juvenile delinquency, implement the policy of "education, probation and salvation", and adhere to the principle of giving priority to education and supplemented by punishment. As far as zhangping city, Fujian Province is concerned, since 2002, there have been 85 cases of juvenile crimes 140 people, including 28 cases of robbery with 5 people, 36 cases of theft with 48 people, 28 cases of provocation 15 people, 5 cases of intentional injury with 6 people, 3 cases of extortion with 8 people, 2 cases of kidnapping and 5 cases of trafficking in women/kloc. Compared with previous years, the juvenile crime rate shows an obvious upward trend.

In a word, preventing juvenile delinquency is an urgent and arduous task. Only under the leadership of the party and government organizations, comprehensive measures are taken to prevent juvenile delinquency, and political, economic, legal, administrative, educational and cultural means are fully used to continuously improve social atmosphere and eliminate all kinds of negative influences, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing juvenile delinquency.
