I am a student majoring in mathematics education. My major is to make me a people's teacher in the future, and I am full of expectations for the teaching profession. First of all, I should have a correct understanding of myself and the profession of teacher. To this end, I made a career plan for myself that is not detailed:
First-person analysis: Although I am still an introverted person and prefer to be alone, I have gradually made more and more contacts with people in recent years, and I feel more and more fulfilled in my contacts. I find that I will get unexpected gains in dealing with people, find unprecedented happiness, learn a lot of knowledge and enrich my horizons.
Second, what do I want to do? Everyone has his own ideal, and so do I. I don't expect to be able to do a smooth career, but I want to make my own contribution in an ordinary post, realize my own life value, and let my life shine in my job.
Thirdly, I divide my future employment stage into the following stages: novice stage, continuous stage, bottleneck stage and self-reflection and evaluation stage. In the first stage, I will study hard, learn from some predecessors around me, get the experience I want from them, handle the relationship between colleagues well, and be neither humble nor supercilious. In the second stage, I plan to familiarize myself with the working environment and see if I can improve my personal performance, instead of asking myself how many excellent students I can teach. Do what you should do, help yourself, participate in more training, broaden your work horizons and absorb more knowledge that can help students. Take care of family and career at the same time. The third stage has reached its peak. The main goal at this time is to re-evaluate one's talents, motivations and values, further clarify one's career aspirations and personal future, accept the status quo or strive for higher development, establish interpersonal relationships with others, become mentors, learn to exert influence, guide and direct others, take greater responsibilities for others, and expand, develop and deepen skills. The last stage is mainly the stage of self-reflection. I don't need to reflect three times a day, but I need to reflect at least once a day to see what I haven't noticed and what I haven't done better. The fourth social environment analysis: China is a country with political stability and rapid economic and cultural development, and will continue for a long time. The country advocates independent innovation, which also provides opportunities for my personal development. As a people's teacher, we should cultivate a group of more useful talents for the motherland.
What does the fifth family allow me to do? My parents don't want me to make much contribution, but only ask me to have a stable home and a stable job. What I can do must be within this range, and I can't worry my family.

One: Skills: Pass the National Computer Test Band 2 and College English Test Band 4.
Academic aspect: study hard the knowledge of this major, and it covers a wide range. Knowledge accumulation should be not only extensive, but also specialized and refined. Learn as much knowledge as possible so that I can pass this useful knowledge on to my students in class in the future.
Second, social practice and voluntary service: timely participate in social investigation activities. Participate in public welfare undertakings such as safe and unpaid blood donation, tree planting activities and youth volunteer service activities in time. Let yourself have as much social experience as possible.
Third, sports art, community activities and physical and mental development: actively participate in sports art activities inside and outside the school, community activities in the school, speech competitions, debate competitions, calligraphy and painting competitions, etc. , so as to fully exercise courage and ability, show personal style. Take an active part in physical exercise.
The above simple plan is my own plan during school and ten years after graduation. The road of life in the future can't be smooth sailing, but I usually follow my own plan. As the saying goes, "men are afraid of entering the wrong line, and women are afraid of marrying the wrong person." Be clear about your goals and let yourself take fewer detours.
