Zhao Haitao, male, from Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, was born in1September 1999, 1977. He is a lecturer and a doctor. In June 2000, he graduated from the Agricultural College of Yangzhou University with a bachelor's degree in soil and agricultural chemistry. From June 2000 to August 2002, he worked in the Agricultural Bureau of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. In June 2005, he graduated from Yangzhou University with a master's degree in plant nutrition.
