Application conditions:

Second, postpone or reply in advance.

1. Those who have studied for a doctoral degree for more than three years shall go through the extension formalities. Deferred respondent holds a written application signed by the tutor, and goes to his department to receive an application for extension of doctoral students in quadruplicate. After being signed by the tutor and the head of the department, he goes to the graduate secretariat of the department for filing. The department secretary should submit the extension list to the graduate school for filing at the end of each semester; If the extension is more than four years, the application for extension must be approved by the graduate school. The longest study period for doctoral students cannot exceed six years.

2. A small number of doctoral students with excellent academic performance, strong scientific research ability and high quality of dissertations may apply for dissertation defense in advance, and the advance period shall not exceed one year. If the advance time is less than half a year, the application report must be submitted in advance, and it will be approved by the graduate school after the consent of the tutor and the review Committee; If the advance time is more than half a year, the graduate school should arrange two peer experts to review the applicant's doctoral thesis with the consent of the tutor and the review Committee, and decide whether to approve the applicant's early defense according to the review results. The expert review fee shall be borne by the students or tutors.
