Abstract: "Developing children's language communication ability" is the general goal of preschool education institutions to develop children's language field. From "cultivating children's oral language expression ability" put forward by the Ministry of Education in the early 1980s to "developing children's language communication ability" put forward in the early 1990s, the concept of language education has changed. In other words, the original Chinese education has changed from literary, adult and decorative to instrumental and practical. Because no matter how many functions a language has, its most basic function is a tool for communication. The generation of human language and the acquisition and development of children's language are inseparable from the motive force of communication needs.
