Last week, I was informed that my husband's second sister and her colleagues and a group of five people went abroad for inspection. They will pass through Hong Kong this weekend and stay here for two days. I listened and said: Oh, this reception work is so difficult, but I made up my mind: only success, not failure! So, in order to make them happy in Hong Kong these two days, I searched the Internet all day on Friday. After comparing the self-help travel strategies of countless Hong Kong tourists, I finally decided on the following scheme. The tour guide experience is published here for your reference.
The Quaker's name for Sunday
Lunch: Morning tea at Maxim Palace.
Maxim's Palace, famous for drinking tea, is located on the third floor of Hong Kong City Hall in Central. Huge crystal lights are hung in the hall, and wedding banquets are often held in it. It never accepts reservations because there are too many guests. Especially on weekends, many diners wait in line before 1 1: 00 and rush into the hall as soon as they open the door. Later guests have to wait for half an hour or forty minutes.
Our arrangement is: I will take them to visit the newly decorated Christmas decorations in the nearby central square, and my husband will number them inside. When it's our turn, he will ask me to bring everyone in. Fortunately, it's our turn to sit at the table by the window, so we can enjoy what Hong Kong people call "invincible sea view" while eating. We ordered a lot of snacks and my husband added some soup and vegetables. The overall feeling is ok, especially the soy sauce ribs recommended by many people. But I still don't think it is as delicious as a bowl of powder in my hometown. Alas, the most patriotic thing is the stomach.
Shopping: Causeway Bay
It's past two o'clock in the afternoon after drinking tea. Then, we came to Times Square in Causeway Bay. My initial plan also included sogou and Liyuan Phase II, taking them to taste several famous snacks near sogou, such as Xu Liushan dessert, Yishun milk, remembering beef brisket soup and Wen Hui cuttlefish balls. However, all the budgeted time was spent alone in Times Square, so we had to rush to our next destination: L26 restaurant.
Dinner: L 16 restaurant
L 16, also known as Hu Xin, is a Thai restaurant. Last time we came, it was lunch time, and the restaurant was full, so I reserved seats in advance this time. When I arrived, I found that there were only a few tables in the restaurant, probably because no one went to work in the nearby office building on weekend nights. I arranged this house mainly because I like its unique and elegant environment-it is located in the center of Hong Kong Park. Of course, its food tastes good and everyone seems to like it.
Sightseeing: The Peak Tower at Taiping Peak overlooks the night view of Hong Kong Island.
After dinner, we walked for a few minutes to the cable car station at the top of Taiping Mountain, and each person returned to 33 yuan. We used to go to the top of the mountain by bus. But this time, I want the guests to go sightseeing, so I decided to try this tour bus. But it may be at night. It's foggy and you can't see anything outside. Anyway, I think this cable car is really boring, so I won't take it next time. It takes about 10 minutes for the cable car to reach the top of the mountain. My husband and I took everyone straight to the roof with great interest, thinking of giving everyone a shock. But as soon as we got to the top of the building, we froze: we could see nothing but the confused white fog! Is that glittering city really a mirage? ! Thousands of high-rise buildings, hundreds of watts of dazzling lights and colorful neon lights in Qian Qian were all wrapped in this fog and disappeared. However, we did see another scene: a terrace was enclosed and a group of men and women danced with the accompaniment of tango. It turns out that someone is having a party here. This is really a wonderful idea: when the weather is clear, you will feel like superman dancing in the wind over the whole city that never sleeps; When the fog is too thick to melt, it just sets off the stage effect and makes people walk between light green and mist like clouds. Anyway, it's like a fairyland.
the next day
Shopping: Tsim Sha Tsui Baili Shopping Avenue
At Exit A 1 of tsim sha tsui station Metro, walk to the left for three to five minutes and you will arrive at Baili Shopping Avenue. I see a long row of neat shops. It feels very different from the shopping streets in Hong Kong that I used to know. First of all, unlike the shops built on the ground in other places with different sizes, shapes and colors, these shops are built in a unified way at first glance, using silver aluminum alloy building materials in a unified way, which feels like the shops in the airport. Secondly, this street is not as crowded as other commercial streets, because there are shops on one side and wide sidewalks on the other. This is what I like very much. However, this seems to have lost some Hong Kong flavor. There are not many shops, which can be seen in any department store, so it is not very interesting. Then, next, we will visit Granville Road, which is made in Hong Kong.
Granville road
According to the online introduction, there are many personalized shops here, which are places where young people in Hong Kong often come to shop. Some artists who haven't become popular yet want to dress up well without money, and they also like to come here to stock up. How can you not come to a place like this? Walking around here, I feel that for people with extraordinary patience and vision, this place will definitely be a paradise, and my grandmother, aunt and Lianlian will definitely like it:) In fact, I later found that there are many such interesting fashion shops around here, such as Haiphong Road.
Harbour city
People who love to visit famous brands, if you have only one day in Hong Kong, come and visit here. I've heard of Harbour City and Harbour City before, but this time I know it's made up of four shopping centers. Besides, I just found it behind the Star Ferry Pier. We have been to the Hong Kong Arts Center many times before, or we have been to the Avenue of Stars. We never thought that we would walk a few more steps here. What a fool!
Sightseeing: Avenue of Stars &; Light symphony
This is the third time to take someone to see symphony of lights. Once again, I didn't let everyone down. I still read it with relish So, friends, next time you come to Hong Kong, please make time to come to the Avenue of Stars at 20: 00.
Dinner: Yongji Restaurant
I made a reservation two days in advance. We arrived at 2 1: 35, but we still waited in line for half an hour. This is the legendary arrow. Its food is delicious, but it hasn't reached its peak (maybe we didn't eat its best food-some of its dishes have to be booked in advance). But this is the power of the brand. Just like you want to eat Quanjude roast duck when you go to Beijing, maybe you should try the "plane roast goose" in Hong Kong. Remember to start from the bell and turn a corner to the famous Lan Kwai Fong. It seems that there are always more foreigners here than people in China. Let's call it "foreigner's corner".
Conclusion: In short, everyone appreciates our tour guide work and encourages me to consider developing into the tourism industry:-) Everyone is happy and we are happy. I also summed up the experience and lessons this time, so as to make the next tour guide work better. You may ask: Why is most of the content shopping this time? Oh, this is arranged according to the needs of our guests. If you want to come in the future, don't worry, we will definitely create personalized tourist routes according to your needs. Regarding the development of tourism, when my husband and I squatted on the side of the road outside the store yesterday, we deeply realized that it is not easy to be a good tour guide. Husband also sincerely said: in the future, I will be better for the tour guide.
