What does the teacher mean by not asking questions because of time?
If the teacher says that one of the reasons why you don't ask questions in your defense is that there is really not enough time, the time for asking questions will be shortened, but this will not prevent them from grading you and deciding whether you pass or not.

If there is something wrong with the description of your paper or the writing of your paper, the teacher will ask more questions to correct your article and ask you to go back and revise it. Another reason for not asking questions is that there are no other big problems in your papers and discussions.

Thesis defense instructors don't ask questions and don't worry too much. There is probably not enough time, and there is still time to revise the paper after the defense.

As long as the tutor thinks that there is no problem and the duplicate checking rate is up to standard, the paper can basically be submitted to the system.
