The tower crane suddenly starts to move, because the bolts will automatically deform slightly, which will produce sounds and tremors. Once the tower crane is running, all bolts in the rotating part will be uniformly stressed, and the abnormal sound will disappear. If the problem is lack of oil, there will be abnormal noise during operation.
2. The length of the main wire rope of tower crane is determined according to your tower height and arm length. Generally, the newly bought steel wire rope is 380 meters long, which is enough. According to the calculation, if your arm is 50m long, the back arm is 15m and the tower is 50m high, then your wire rope is about 50+ 15+ 100. If there is allowance, keep it on the drum for at least 3 turns (standard). The trolley luffing wire rope mainly depends on the arm length, and the shortest is twice the arm length, otherwise it will not be enough.
3. Diameter of wire rope. Variable amplitude wire rope is relatively simple, just ask the seller of accessories. The main wire rope depends on the tower crane model. Generally, the diameter of tower crane wire rope below 125 ton meters should reach 14mm, which cannot be generalized. As for the type, the alternating twist type is widely used now, which can ensure that the wire rope does not spin in the air.
